Arrived late and left early. The desk clerk was most helpful with dinner suggestions and getting coffee early in the morning! We had a 6am flight from Pellston. A MOST pleasant surprise was the jacuzzi tub IN THE ROOM!! Some of the best shampoo & conditioner ever was also a plus. Too bad we couldn't have more time to enjoy the view. Next time we'll allow more time for this excellent hotel!

The room itself was very nice. The bed was soooo comfortable and cozy. I liked that there were so many pillows. The staff seemed friendly although we did not have to interact with them much besides check-in and out. I will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Best Western Plug Dockside Waterfront. The towels were soft and clean; the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was beautiful. Very up to date, clean and fresh. Was over and above average. All the extras that made our stay very pleasant and comfortable : Coffee maker, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, great free breakfast. Was also very nice that it was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was lake side with a balcony that looked out to Lake Huron. Loved our stay, will be back. The directions to the room were wrong to some extent. It didn't take us long though to figure out where we needed to go. The room appeared clean but it did not smell fresh as I expected a room of your rating should be. The breakfast was excellent! Some people had stated that it wasn't good. But, for a breakfast that is included with the price of the room, it was great plus there was sufficient variety and plenty of it. The elevator needs some attention as it is somewhat clunky.

No quick access to any room. Had to find a ramp for our suitcases. We couldn't carry them up or down stairs. Good elevator but had to walk a long way to the room. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was average. Very clean room and beds were comfortable.

Ok, this isn't a plush hotel in downtown Chicago or New York, but it was very clean with nice decor and a large screen TV. We had a first floor room which had a walkout right onto the beach. Nice! Breakfast, well what do you expect for free?
