The room was great, couch was comfortable as well as the bed. Plenty of room for clothes etc. Wish there had been a microwave, love popcorn with a movie. Breakfast was better than a lot of places, missed my biscuits and gravy though.

Just needed a place to sleep on a road trip. Best western had a good price so we booked. Upon getting there the staff was super friendly our room was outstanding. Even off season the view out the doorwall of the water was epic. Good view. Updated room, friendly staff, good price and free breakfast included. Whats not to love? Excellent stay.

Everyone at Best Western was very nice. We had a very nice stay. Room was comfortable and view from balcony was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again. We always enjoy our visits to Mackinaw City.

The room was perfectly clean with very comfortable bed/pillows and and deck with a view of Lane Huron and a beautiful beach. We lived the large spa but the 2nd night had too much chlorine. This hotel was only a couple blocks from the Mackinac ferry.

We were hoping that breakfast is back to the usual waffle, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, since covid restrictions is over, but it was not. Can't help to compare it from the Cheboygan location, where we stayed at couple months ago. But overall, the stay was good. Convenient location , and the room was clean. Just 1 minor issue, which I'm sure they would have fixed it right away. The bathroom light went out on the day of our check out.

I like the location and that it is within walking distance to alot of attractions. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They provide a pla e to keep our bikes when we are coming off of riding the trails. The pool look well cared for and the hot tub is always clean.

Screen door on patio not attached. No rail on steps to beach ( a code violation and not safe) no light out side of patio door ( also a code violation) floor lamp had no light bulb and lastly the breakfast bar ends at 9am and didn't even have scrambled eggs only hard boiled. Overall they get a c-

It was my first time visiting the North & I love it. We stayed at the BW because of a wedding & we enjoyed our stay very much.When we got to our destination the outside of the hotel needs a revamp or a lift but when you go in the room, the room was very nice, clean, spacious & the bed was so comfortable. Thank you again for the stay & the 2 ladies in the front desk were great.

The hotel is a nice place to stay. I think the mattresses need to be updated and the internet needs work. We could not get internet in our room, but I could if I was in the parking lot. The price I feel was fair, and the free breakfast was okay.

Great location, all the rooms face the lake. Had most amenities you would expect - coffee maker, fridge, iron/ironing board, etc. It doesn't have a microwave. The decor was similar to what I find in the hotels on Mackinac Island.The only complaint was the draft coming through the door. It was very windy that day, and cold and the breeze coming in the door crack was noticeable.

Weve been coming annually to Mackinaw City for thirty years. We always stay at the Best Western because everything is always clean. The staff is always helpful with anything we need. The pool area is always kept clean, as well as the breakfast area. Wouldnt stay anywhere else.

One of the issues we had during our stay was that the jacuzzi was inoperable. We didnt bring it to anyones attention as we were ready to get in before realizing this. We made the best of it as it was. The second issue was that the continental breakfast was a little to be desired. The pancakes and bread were chewy and the ham was cold. On a positive note, staff was pleasant, courteous, professional and the hotel was clean neat and tidy

Reservations were easy to make online and we had no problems checking in. Clean room. Breakfast was sufficient. Ladies at the registration desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. And the shuttle service to and from Sheplers dock was very much appreciated. We have stayed here many times and we will continue to do so when we come to Mackinaw City again

We were please with our stay. The breakfast could of been a little better with more hot foods. The meat I had was cold. Hard to get coffee when holding food to get a cup for coffee. The door to room needs to be fixed so no gap in it.
