Very quiet, clean rooms. The breakfast was always well stocked. Pool and hot tub were clean and at the perfect temperature. Close walking distance to the ferry. We will be back!

The location of this hotel was wonderful. We watched the sunrise each morning. The employees are very nice and accommodating. Our only issue was the breakfast bar. It was very minimal and subpar. Other than that, we loved the our visit.

Had 4th floor beach view room. Dont know if that had impact on quietness, but we heard absolutely no noise, so we appreciated that. Bed was comfortable. Balcony with chairs was also appreciated. Liked the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, but has been better in the past (only hard boiled eggs now and no bacon or sausage). All in all, our favorite Mackinaw City hotel, which is where we stay each year.

Very nice and clean room with a little balcony on the lake side. Kept the door open and fell asleep to the sound of waves lapping at the. Very good breakfast. Pool was real nice but the whirlpool had way to much chlorine in it. I let them know at the front desk so hopefully they took care of it. Would definitely stay there again

Nice room but noisy. Breakfast was just ok. Room was clean and large. I stay here prior to going to island and will continue to do so. It would be nice if you had a parking option - even paid - for those going to overnight on island.

We been coming here at BW for several years now. And we will return. We did however have a couple of issues that we never did before. One was the air conditioner had a musty smell, probably needs cleaned. And the breakfast bar ran empty. But again we will return and a 5 star.

The room was clean, bed was really comfortable, view from the room was really great including sun rise. The only thing that brought down the rating was the breakfast. Not a lot of selection.

Our lake view room served our needs quite well - no concerns.On our first morning there, we needed to depart before the breakfast room opened to catch the ferry. We were especially pleased with the efforts of a staff member (didn't catch the name) that took it on herself to round up a couple apples that we could take with us.

The hotel is definitely clean and neat. Even the area outside on the balcony is kept clean. It is an older hotel. The decorating is dark and does not have a bright welcoming feeling. It could use a makeover

The only thing we would change would be to have another elevator and maybe new bathtubs...these are very small and a little risky for older guests. Everything else was VERY nice.

Our room was in an alcove across from the ice machine but stayed quiet for the 2 nights we were there. Breakfast was good, but unchanging each day. If the place is full, parking might be a problem. We were close to most everything, and could walk to the ferry to the island.

Bad customer service at front desk, not friendly, didn't thank me in any way for my stay or anything. Room was dated and musty, especially for the price. Service carts, service supplies were left outside our room because of the location of the supply rooms. Not happy with the stay and the price of the room.

Room was nice and spacious, really like having a living room space and the double entry doors. Keeps bugs from getting directly into your room when entering at late hours.
