Great views from this hotel and very friendly staff. The reasons for not providing a 5 star review are: Breakfast: no fresh options, and an insane amount of disposable dishes, cutlery and other plastic. No excuse for single use! Water park: the hours were inconvenient and the lifeguards poorly trained in basic customer service.

Definitely recommend! We will be staying here every time we come to Mackinaw. Room was clean, hit good breakfast every morning with nice view of the bridge. Beach was clean and great set up to sit out there. Pool and hot tub clean. It was a great time and made our vacation even more relaxing.

We enjoyed the Bridge View very much! The staff was polite and helpful, the room cleaning was excellent, and the breakfast was great! Just the way to start a busy day! The Lazy River was a fantastic way to unwind from a tiring day of vacation and the pool attendants did a great job of keeping the young ones safe and under control. This was our second stay here and we'll definitely be back again soon!!

The water park is amazing! The grandkids loved it! The rooms are a good size and clean. The breakfast has a bunch of different foods, but it does not vary and the fruit is canned and eggs seem to be powdered.

The renovations are quite an improvement. The cleanliness of some public spaces are less than desirable. Also we wanted to order a pizza and were told we couldn’t use hotel phones we must use our cell. We do not use our cell phones stateside except for emergencies. My husband had to raise a fuss to use the one at the front desk.

We have been staying here 3-5 times a year for the last 3 years. Always a 5-star stay. Always nothing but the best....always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful, waterpark is amazing and the breakfast is superb. We always stay lakeside and the views are breathtaking. With three kids this place has everything and all included in a low price.

We enjoyed our stay and the stay was most helpful. Its was a big surprise to find that a lot of the employees where from Jamaica. Now being we has just returned home from a family Jamaica trip the month before it was a pleasant surprise. The room were clean and the hotel was close to all the things we needed and wanted to visit.
