Owner and wife were working front desk, very friendly, nice clean room. A Lot of young families using the water park and have a great time. Rooms were quite and good size. BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN SOME OF THE PLACES WE HAVE STAYED> WILL STAY THE AGAIN>

The room we booked with a king size bed was not available so they upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi and king bed. The room had a beautiful view of Lake Heron and the shore line. The complimentary breakfast was good every morning and saved us $20 dollars to spend on other things downtown, $80 dollars total. The enclosed water park was also very nice for all ages and gave us something to do on the couple of days when it poured down rain in the afternoon. I would go back again.

Every time we are up north we drive by bridge Vista beach hotel with a indoor water park. So I finally looked it up to see how much it was for a room. And to my surprise it was actually very affordable. When we got there the staff were so nice and helpful. We got a double bed with a water front view. The room was very nice. And the view was amazing. The water park was nice and my kids had lots of fun. Even my 3 month old son had fun floating down the lazy river sitting on daddy's lap. We will for sure be stay here again and Every time we go up north.

Our room was great! Roomy and clean and with an extra pull out couch that made things much easier for us. The breakfast was huge and wonderful. The Waterpark was perfect for my kids ages 11 to 4, something for all of them to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great week for us!

We stay at the Bridge Vista every year and this year I think was one of the BEST times yet! Our room was updated and very clean. The pool area was nice and we really liked the extra lifeguards on duty. The front desk was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel was clean. The waterpark was awesome. The hotel even allowed us to come back and spend the day on the beach and at the waterpark after we had checked out. They didn't, however, honor my room reservation online. I had booked a lakefront view but they stated they didn't have one when we arrived. In the end it didn't matter as we were at the waterpark from the time we arrived until it closed at 10pm and we checked out early to catch the ferry to Mackinac Island. I'd return to this hotel!

My daughter (14) and I stayed here 2 nights. The water park was a little small and crowded for us , but it was fine. the room was fine. breakfast was as I expected. The view of the bridge at night was a little less than advertised. Overall though, the cleanliness, location, staff, shuttles, beach and view of the lake were great. The place is advertise family friendly. It is.

Had an excellent stay for the rate I received for it, especially during their busy summer months. Room was clean, kids loved the water park, and there was lots of food to pick from at breakfast which was being filled constantly. Very family oriented facility and kids loved the log cabin theme. The only downside was that there were only two bath towels for four people so just had to ask for more. No big deal. Would stay again as a family.

Thoroughly enjoyed the water park, and being able to take a few steps to get to Lake Huron was something I've never experienced before. The room was clean and spacious, and bathroom was well stocked. Our room was on the top floor lake view, there was no balcony and there was bird poo dripping down the window and screen. Not a lot, but a small price to pay for a wonderful view of Mighty Mac. Being a family of six I had to ask for extra towels and she only gave me three, but we made it work. The breakfast was phenomenal! Overall we had a great time and I would stay here again (2nd floor with a balcony!)

Our hotel stay was pleasant. Even though the hotel was a little further down from the main part of town, it was an easy walk. The hotel room and main lobby was very clean and well kept. The hotel and waterpark overall were great. The front desk staff needed help, there was always a line there so they seemed understaffed. The lobby itself had a great presentation however smelled terrible. The rooms were clean and neat although our hair dryer was a fire hazard. I really appreciated the life guard staff as my daughter is 6 yrs old and they really did pay attention to the safety of the 'smaller' guests.

My mother, two nieces (ages 6 and 12), and I stayed here last year in Aug. 2014. The girls wanted to return to this hotel this year partly because of the pool but also for the clean beach. We like being able to look at the Bridge or the Island from the balcony of our room. I like that we can include tickets to attractions into the hotel package. We also like that their are other pools and discounts to area restaurants. The hotel has a good variety for breakfast.

The only issue was with the process of using their waterpark. Didn't like the fact of having to go to the front desk every day to get your wristband. Sometimes, had to wait several minutes with anxious kids to get them. By third day, we quit going to desk and just went to waterpark. No one ever stopped us so why even have the wristband rquirement?? Hotel was full but very quiet at night. Huge plus!!!

Check in was very busy. Any point of waiting at the desk had a lengthy wait. Our room was clean & very nice & location was good. Wish breakfast would have fresh fruit vs. wimpy fruit from a can that is all mushy. This is our second stay with Bridge Vista & we would return again.

Very busy this time of year but the staff kept up with all requests, the room was clean and tidy, the pool area was well staffed with competent lifeguards who weren't afraid to keep the little ones in check, and the breakfast was excellent. We'll be back!!

Great hotel; nice amenities! The only problem was there was no place to remove sand when leaving the beach and entering the hotel. The lobby was full of sand and our room was, too! An outdoor shower or even a hose would be a great improvement!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. The water park was fun and we'll staffed, with sections for young children, older children and adults. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Lake Huron and could leave the slider open to listen to the waves at night. Then awoke to the most beautiful sunrise I've ever seen.

Wonderful location on the clean beach! The water park was not huge but our four kids aged 4-12 all enjoyed it. I'd suggest lowering the monkey bar rope over the pool if possible so the kids can reach it easier. The room was comfortable and the customer service was friendly. Next time I'd bring my own beach towels for the beach (the pool had towels) since we ran out of bath towels a couple times. The breakfast was okay but fresh fruit and eggs would have been a nice addition. Overall a very nice place for the price!
