ROOM WAS GOOD AND CLEAN. BREAKFAST AREA A BIT SMALL FOR FULL OCCUPANCY OF HOTEL WITH FAMILIES. PROBABLY GREAT HOTEL FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS BECAUSE OF WATER PARK. NICE LAKEFRONT (EVEN HAD FIRE PITS). SOME OFF AROMA IN ELEVATOR PROBABLY DUE TO POOL TRAFFIC. OTHERWISE REALLY BETTER THAN SIMPLE GOOD.

Very good. Clean, excellent staff and great beach. Water park is very nice and the water is warm! There is a musty smell in the hallways but the rooms were fine. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Large bathrooms. The breakfast was a nice one but the room was to small and crowded. Again excellent staff!! This is our second time here and we will stay again.

This is the third year in a row that my nieces (ages 13 and 7), my mother and I have stayed here. This is the place the girls choose to vacation at. We love to sit on the balcony watching the ferries and looking at the Bridge and island at night. We like playing on the beach and in the water and the indoor waterpark area is a nice alternative for cold/rainy days. The included breakfast buffet has a nice variety.

I loved this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient; we were greeted every time we walked past. The maids and breakfast staff were also very friendly. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was beautiful and there were lots of outdoor chairs to use. The only criticism I would have is that the window was a bit dirty but I would imagine that it's difficult to keep them clean so close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We could not have asked for a better experience at Bridge Vista Hotel! The front desk was absolutely phenomenal, specifically, Kenisha. She helped me through a booking error online and then happened to be working the day we checked in, so I got to put a face with her friendly voice on the phone...unbelievably friendly, helpful and ALL went above and beyond from the breakfast buffet employee to everyone we passed in the halls... A HUGE shout out to our housekeeper, who treated us each day with a new towel figurine on our beds! Our girls were SO IMPRESSED and SO EXCITED to see that! The waterpark was great and the beachfront was just AMAZING...I would definitely stay here again, could NOT have been better! Keep up the good work!

This is my second year of staying here. I bring 2 elementary age grandkids. They love it. When our room did not get cleaned day 1, the desk clerk saw that it was by the time we returned after dining out. Excellent staff! Our only thing we had trouble with was the WiFi signal. We ended up using too much of my phone data, not knowing the connection was poor. Did not have this problem last year. Room decor was awesome!

What a wonderful site I fell into with the Chamber of Commerce in Mackinaw City. The site allowed me the opportunity to look at several great properties to stay at with reasonable low prices along with a very detailed information. I was also able to pre-plan any other activities at a cheaper rate on the site.. My stay and my granddaughter's ( 8 years old) was absolutely wonderful. We continued to stay an extra day just for the opportunity to see the U.P. and visit other beautiful and entertaining landmarks and businesses.. I was not in any way disappointed with our choice of staying at The Bridge Vista Beach Hotel. The staff at the hotel was absolutely Wonderful, Pleasant, and Joyful. The Manager also made him self readily available for any questions we had. Our stay was wonderful I enjoyed being able to be on the beach and at the water park in one location, we had the choice to also visit other water parks. I have already told many family and colleagues about this wonderful site and we will definitely be back in the fall to see the brilliant, beautiful colors of the trees. Our stay was a great, the staff from the front desk to the one man band in the breakfast room(she was wonderful and was running around like a mad man but kept everything filled and made sure all the guest were taken care of). The GM (sorry I forgot his name) of the hotel was very thoughtful, right when we pulled in he offered to let us keep our motorcycle under the covered area for the entire stay.. The rooms were very clean and the facility is very family friendly. I would stay there again.
