The hotel water park is always fun for the kids. The extra we paid for the lakeside room was worth it, the view was very nice. We had a great time at the lumberjack show, wholesome family fun and not overpriced. See ya next year !

The staff was very friendly! We loved being right on the beach and having that available before the pool area opened. The lifeguards were great also, always watching the kids and making sure they were safe! The breakfast was good and we loved that everything was always full and hot! The only thing I would suggest would be that you have microwaves in the rooms. The stay was great and we will come back again

Room was very nice clean and rustic looking like being in a cabin,breakfast was full self serve type,3 pools side by side, water slide-bens with towels ,beach with bon fire ,can't say enough help was very nice- close to bridge and other sites to see near buy,many places down the road to eat fast food or other-spent 4 days there will do it again my grandkids loved the pools oh and lg jaguzzi

When I first walked in I was very impressed. The Lobby is beautiful!! The employees all very courteous. I do think they need more part time help during peek hours. Although very efficient the desk clerks were slammed with a lot of people. My major complaint is that for a 69 yr old another elevator should be installed for seniors. There is only one, and my room was at the other end of a very LONG, LONG hall. There are A LOT OF KIDS (and some noise) but when you stay at a water park hotel that is a given. My daughter went into the water park with her baby but was disappointed that the Lazy River only went around the slides. She thought is was rather small. The breakfast was good but lacked sweet rolls and the sausage left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs were FANTASTIC!! All in all it was a nice place to stay but I think for our needs we will check out other options, and forget the water park, most of the other hotels had pools and some had beaches also.

The waterpark was fantastic and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was hot and well organized and the beach was clean and beautiful. I was skeptical that all of this could be this great at such a low price. Location of the hotel was convenient, away from all the hustle and bustle bit still close enough to town. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Very large, very busy hotel. Big waterpark that we didn't use, nicely decorated, decently sized room, free expanded breakfast with make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, and other basics, located on the lake with an island and bridge view, parking lot was a bit small for such a large hotel, and it does have elevators which is nice. Good price for what they offer, located a bit farther from town just inside the city, but wasn't too far. Either drive or ride a bike to the main street. Our room looked to be recently renovated from an office or storage room into a semi-handicap accessible room. Still nice enough though. Definitely one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in Mackinaw City and we've been going every year since 2004.

The rooms were kept very clean and were updated from last year, my family and I have been traveling every year there for the last several years always staying at the Bridge Vista Beach.The Breakfast there is top notch always nice and hot every morning.The lady Terry who handles that breakfast does an outstanding job each and every morning working by herself to feed approximately 200 guests each morning!!! I thinks she deserves major Kudos for this!!!! Great Job Terry !!! She also communicated to me during our stay she has been doing this for twelve years!!!! I know she has been good to us for at least the last 8 years we have traveled there.Outstanding place to take a young family because they have a water park just for the little kids.

We had a great stay at the Bridge Vista Beach hotel in Mackinac City. Would highly recommend this to family and friends. Breakfast was great, rooms were comfortable and accommodating. The view from our room was fantastic and we loved the water park! The only downside was the number of people who came into the water park with No wristbands, and no one was there to keep watch as the doors right by the water park were unlocked at all hours and the front lobby was across the parking lot. Also, the food court to the water park was not open our whole stay, although signs say "no outside food or drinks". Would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean. My wife and kids loved the water park. Hotel was a little noisy with kids on The Weekend. But that was perfectly fine because we have two children who like to play as well. Beach was nice with beautiful view. Campfire on the beach was a nice touch as well.

Very nice Hotel Waterpark could use better lighting and ventilation water was perfect temp but there was so much steam they had a lot of windows open and it was 45 degrees outside so the air temp was real cold unless you were in the hot tub it was cold to stand and watch your children use the park if windows were shut it would of been a lot better nice park lots for the small kids to do

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly but also very efficient. The room was clean and up to date and a good price. Next time we will need to take our grandchildren, they would love the waterpark. We stayed in two other hotels in Mackinaw last week which were both a disappointment.

Our room wasn't ready upon arrival. We were asked if we would like to upgrade our room for $20 to a room that was ready. We have never been asked that before. We went from a queen on the lot side to a king with jacuzzi on the lake side. The breakfast was phenomenal, too.
