My family and I stayed at the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel and Convention Center on Nov as we were just passing through on our way to Marquette. I made reservations about a month in advance.The staff was most accommodating and very friendly. Our room was beautiful,the beds were extremely comfortable with many pillows! The view of the Mackinac Bridge was spectacular. For basically $75 for one night and that was including the 3 FREE water-park passes to a really cool and fun water-park (we all enjoyed it!)The Bridge Vista Beach Hotel cannot be beat. We all had a wonderful time. I will and have recommended my friends to stay here. We will be back. OUTSTANDING!

I would reccommend any young family stay at this hotel!! It was great. Our kids loved the waterpark. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was delish and in the hotel. We stayed an extra night!! We will definately stay at Bridge Vista again, and I have been telling everyone I know about it.

Room was great! Loved the view of the bridge at night! Breakfast was wonderful. A lot to pick from each day so that you do not getting into a rut. Once again the view of the bridge while eating was great. The water park was the main reason we went and we were not disappointed at all. I would recommended this hotel and Mack City to anyone!!! Thanks for the great October Break.

Very comfortable but noisy. We are a couple without children and didn't realize there was a water park which naturally attracts families. It was noisy in the hall until 2:00 in the morning and someone in the area of our room brought their dog which barked in the night.

There is always room for improvement. The exhaust fan in bathroom was inoperable. Told mgmt and was not repaired. Housekeeping didn't show up till late afternoon, after we had returned from day of sightseeing,was inconvenient. Must say it is a beautiful hotel,the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice, clean, Breakfast is good with a vast selection. Pools/water park was nice large slides where only open on the weekends in October. Only 2 Elevators in the hotel made for long walks to the room.

It wasn't over the top, for outstanding. Took a few hours to get our pack and play that we ordered during the reservation. We had to call them twice to receive the pack n play. Might want to think about a different lay out for the breakfast bar.

The accommodations were great. We had a beautiful room, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked, and the continental breakfast provided more than enough food. I would have chosen outstanding, but my only complaint would be the lack of vending options. We arrived to our late, so we didn't have an opportunity to grab many snacks before getting to Bridge Vista. I was disappointed to find that the some of the vending machines were either empty or had very few selections. Honestly though, Bridge Vista is a great place to stay and we will continue to make our reservations there each year that we come back :D

Rooms were very clean, linens comfortable, bathroom nicely supplied with amenities, and there was a great selection on TV for the evenings before bed. The balcony off our room was a nice extra, overlooking Lake Huron. My only 2 'small' issues were that the bathtub was super slippery (no traction mat) and the water park had a lot of sand in the bottom under the water of the lazy river. We even had access to a lot of pool towels, which suprised me when staying over Labor Day weekend. We'd definetely stay here again.

When I first arrived after check in time I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Where we had breakfast on the third floor was out the norm instead of the entry way. I didn't like the beach area because it had a bunch of black silt and I don't know if that can ever be clean up or not.The staff was pleasant.

The service and the property exceeded my expectations. Access was easy from the bridge, parking was right outside and best of all, we were off the beaten path in Mackinaw City and so the traffic was light and it was also quiet. I will stay at this venue again.
