The price was great. The rooms were clean. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room and breakfast was great. My kids had fun at the water park but I feel they need more lifeguards as it got very crowded. Loved the beach in the back and the view of the bridge :) We would love to come stay again.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT, NICE AND CLEAN. THE WATER PARK NOT SO MUCH....ARRIVED ON FRIDAY WENT TO THE WATER PARK THERE WERE WATER BOTTLES AND EMPTY BAGS OF FRUIT SNACKS ON THE WINDOW LEDGE..WHEN WE LEFT ON SUNDAY THEY WERE STILL THERE..NOBODY SEEMS TO CLEAN OR PICK-UP ANYTHING IN THAT AREA. WE STILL HAD A GREAT TIME THE GRANDKIDS LOVED IT. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean but the air smelled like it had not been used in months. The pool was fun for the kids, maybe a bit worn in some areas like the mothballed snack bar. The free morning breakfast was ok, maybe a bit of a madhouse, but the one lady that worked the breakfast room was very nice and hard working. Overall I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Our son loved the indoor waterpark. The breakfast was good and comparable to what you would get at a Hampton Inn. We were able to use a number of the discount coupons at the local retailers. It is a nice tourist destination. We would recommend it to anyone with kids under 13.

Website said check-in was at 3 PM, but we were informed that check-in was 4 PM when we arrived. Came back at 4 PM and our room was not ready until 4:15 PM. We were upgraded due to the problem, but was quite inconvenient. We had two little children that were due for naps and down time. We were not offered any apologies or even informed of the upgrade until we discovered it ourselves. Otherwise, hotel was nice. Great view, clean room. Waterpark was nice. Was surprised that it did not have more lifeguards.

5 STARS!!!!! Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the view over the water was relaxing. Walking out from the sand laid beach into Lake Huron was nice if you didn't mind the somewhat rocky floor next year we will have water shoes to wear. Overall our party of 6 had a wonderful time with all this hotel had to offer the ferry ride pick ups with all our bikes including 1 three wheeled, and I think the biggest waterpark in any hotel around. So yes we are planing to come back with more friends especially when we got a refund back on not being able to ride the horse drawn carriage which we really wanted to but didn't have enough time to see everything else we wanted and didn't know it was going to be 2 hours long :( But that was ok. So I really have to say good job people and keep up the good work!! We will be back. :) Small town family from mid Missouri :)

This particular hotel was fine (clean,etc). For us, it was merely a place to stay for 1-night after a day trip to the Island and continuing on to the UP. We weren't able to spend time there to become more familiar with the offerings. I do recall the staff seemed to be pretty new and inexperienced. They seemed a little nervous and tentative.

This was our second visit to the Bridge Vista. They did some upgrades to the room we stayed in and it was very nice. They also added some items to the breakfast and once again, the woman working the breakfast room was terrific. We will stay here again next year. Keep the improvements coming!

Loved the waterpark and the view! Only 1 ice machine was working, which was kind of inconvenient. Also, not being allowed to take breakfast back to your room is not acceptable, especially when there isn't enough room in the breakfast area for all guests. Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to others.

Very impressed with the female employee who took care of the breakfast/dining room and the gentleman who serves as lifeguard at the watermark. Hard workers, pleasant, and conscientious. We stayed in a king suite on the lake. The room was huge and the lake view (Bridge Vista) was outstanding. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and sink in the main room. We also appreciated the nice map of the area, handed to us at check-in. We purchased a package of tickets for Mackinac Island, and those were handed to us at check-in. The staff were friendly and helpful.
