It was kind of a quick trip in and out arrived late and checked out early, but it was fine. We had booked ferry and fort through the chamber and our hotel forgot to give us our vouchers so we had gone across the bridge to St. Ignes only to find out when we got to the ferry later we had to come back and get the vouchers which caused us to miss the ferry we wanted and waste time

I stayed in a popular second floor corner Lake view room. The room was clean but had a slight musty smell. I opened the sliding door and let it air out for a couple of hours and the smell was mostly gone. The king mattress was clean but was a older spring design. It didn't work well for me but it may be fine for others. The staff was helpful and kind.

Nice clean room. Beds comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Good parking. Beach was nice but could use some clean up. Great place reasonably priced. We understood there was a shuttle provided to get to downtown that we didnt take advantage of. It is a little ways down from town but a reasonable walk. There is a water park and indoor pool that we did not take advantage of. We would recommend a stay here.

We stayed the first week in July. The hotel was beautiful the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a beach view room that was very big even for our family of five with the most beautiful view of the Mackinaw bridge. Next time we come to Mackinaw we will definitely be staying at the Bridge Vista

We loved our stay. The staff was fantastic, especially the cleaning crew they worked hard the 4 days we were there. The view was gorgeous on the lakeside. There isn't breakfast so make sure you pack something or check out the Mackinaw bakery. Kids spent hours playing in the waterpark.

Scott and his staff at bridge vista is great. Otis runs a tight ship. Had 3 buses at the hotel. One was with high school students and we did not hear any noise. Best place in mackinaw city to stay. Great view of the bridge and island. Lights on at the grand hotel very visible. We always stay here. Treated like family.

Great place to stay! We had a large king jacuzzi room! It was really nice to have a closed off bedroom and we were steps from the water with a private balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

It is clear that shady things are still happening with this company. Were told the hotel we originally booked at was in fact open (but no cars in the parking lot, safety issue) and had to sign a waiver that we would stay at the Bridge Vista. You have no regard for guest amenities (no waterpark, no game room, no fitness center operational) and it's honestly sad how you choose to run your businesses. Papa Zo's - we ordered pizza from them and they took our credit card info on the website then when we picked it up they said they don't take credit card info online. So who took my credit card info??? You have signs at your other hotels that say "grand opening 2017" that you can't be bothered to change.....it's a joke and you should be ashamed of yourselves. You own most of the properties in the city and you take full advantage of that and people having nowhere else to go. Please improve your guest service, it's truly sad. I want guests to want to come back to Mackinaw City because I love this city and you're not making sure that that would happen.

The hotel itself is quite lovely and we had no issues with our room really. And while it was not the hotel's fault our stay was less than stellar because of the guests who were in the room above us. Stomping and screaming it was not pleasant. The second night was not nearly as bad.

Everyone was very nice and the beach view was so pretty. The water park slides were not up and running but that was okay becasue everything else made up for that. The hot tub and pools were great. They have fire pits outside on the beach! They did not offer a continental breakfast and that was a bummer, but overall I'd give this hotel 9/10!

The room was comfortable, except the wooden chairs, they are a little too hard. No longer having a breakfast is a little disappointing, but there are other places to eat. This is our at least fourth time staying here, so you can see we like it.

Loved the cabin! Well appointed and comfy- excited to bring my friends and family back to it!This would have been a 5 star stay, but we had a few complications:-Check in was very unclear, and the secondary location (Waterfront) was not made clear even by the Bridge Vista staff.-No cement/ADA accessible walkway to front of cabin.-Waterpark was closed for season even after reading on their website that it would be open til Sept. 26th.

I had problems with operating the shower. It had a very unique way that was hidden to get it from the tub to the shower. I had to shower in my daughter's room. The front desk later told me how to do it.And the hotel no longer offers a free breakfast.

We wanted to use the fire pits but were told we had to go purchase our own wood. Maybe it would be nice if the hotel offered an onsite option for purchasing firewood. We would have loved to have a fire on the beach during our stay.

The maintenance and general cleanliness was lacking -- i.e. we had two rooms and they both appeared to not have been dusted in a long while; in both rooms we had to chase and swat at least two dozen mosquitoes when we arrived in our rooms; half of the water park is what appears to be permanently closed for disrepair, etc. The positives -- the views/location was very good, there was plenty of convenient parking, the lobby was good for group socialization, the water park water was of comfortable temperature, the rooms had a cheap rate.
