Great hotel, comfy beds, plenty of pillows, very clean. Loved the hot tub and lazy river. Right on the beach and you can bring your own firewood and have a fire in their fire pits. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning

I visit Mackinaw City often and stay in different places, depending on the rate, for I'm usually on a tight budget. Vista Bridge had the best rates this time. I would definitely stay again. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is awesome being right on the beach, right outside the door. The best view of Lake Huron and the bridge. The Waterpark wasn't fully functioning this time, but the regular pool, hot tub, and lazy river was enough. The only other thing to improve is the coffee....not good. If there's no breakfast available, free continental or for sale, you have to have good coffee!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our little ones loved the splash park area for the younger kids. The staff was very helpful. It was super cool to be able to walk out to the beach and see all the boats going. We also got our tickets for the Star line at the front desk at a discounted rate! Overall it was a great stay!

The rate was very reasonable. We had our grandkids with us and after 5 hours on The Island they just wanted to go back to the hotel and go in the pool and water park ( gave my husband and I a chance to have a relaxing drink looking out at the bridge. The employees were so friendly and helpful!

The staff and management were so very kind and accommodating. I booked through a separate agency and got a lakefront room instead of a balcony room. Clearly my mistake but I was so disappointed! The front desk switched the rooms for me with no additional cost.

It was the best Hotel we have ever stayed in, in the 50 years we have gone up there. The only draw back was they didn't clean the rooms and bring fresh towels. We asked them to empty the trash and freshen our bathroom and it was done right away. Every one was so helpful. Would stay there again.

Location was perfect, on the water with fire pit for nighttime enjoyment, but wood for bonfire is not provided. Midweek rate was good compared to other hotels in Mackinaw City although breakfast wasn't included. Discount coupons to nearby restaurants were given to us, however. No other amenities were used. Staff was attentive.

Great location, spacious room. Bed was hard and not very comfortable. Breakfast was not available at ANY of the hotels that we researched in Mackinaw City. While we made due with buying our own groceries, it would have been nice to have the in-hotel breakfast amenity.

Are stay was amazing the hotel was clean staff was very friendly and 100% professional I was also very happy because I called before we came and was able to talk to hotel staff about the hotel and some of the reviews The two water slides dont work but they were up front about that and my kids ages 5 to 23 did not care there is so much to do there with the arcade hot tub, pool water park that has three water slides lazy river and the beach there was nothing to complain abouteveryone who worked here was very helpful from helping us plan our day to just sitting and talking to us about different things happing in town we loved the fire works we got to see them twice because we stayed a week and they do them every Friday thats really fun everyone comes to them and the pool was really fun also the kids love the lazy River and the play ground water park I loved the hot tube and lazy River waking up every morning to the beach was beautiful you can see the bridge perfect from there and you are right by everything shopping parks food and the ferry to Mackinac Island and the hotel offers a shuttle that takes you and picks you up we really had a great time thank you for are wonderful stay at your hotel and ps the beds are great

My daughter and I took a spur of the moment night away and she chose this hotel. Susan and the man who worked at the front when we checked in were above and beyond helpful. While we did experience a couple of issues, they made sure we had the best time! And we look forward to returning. Thank you so much, especially Susan, for making our night the best night ever.

Hotel was fine, however, I made reservations to also take a sunset cruise on the Ugly Ann. Checked into hotel to find out I also needed to contact the boat to get my spots secured! Boat was full for next 3 days! We brought our granddaughter specifically wanting to go on the cruise. Very disappointing. Nowhere in the email confirmation did it tell me I needed to do that. Also, hotel said they have hot and cold breakfast, there was no breakfast. Websit and confirmation need to be specific for each hotel, with all information. The lrg water slides in the water park were closed off also. Nowhere did it give Check in or check out times. It also does not say it was pet friendly, I had to call and ask. The two attendants working explained it all very well and were kind.
