The vending machine was empty the entire visit and I was informed at the front desk that I would have to go to the next hotel to see if they had any pop. I just thought because it was end of season they did not care. But the Hotel was nice and the rooms were clean.

The price of our rooms was exceptional. The waterpark is great for the ages of my grandchildren (2 yrs to 13 yrs). Everyone enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was all friendly (front desk, breakfast buffet staff and housekeeping).

Our stay was great, wonderful staff and a great breakfast. The only issue we did have was that the 2 larger slides at the waterpark were not open at any time during our stay. We checked in at 230pm on Sunday and checked out at 11am on Monday.

Our reservation was upgraded at no extra charge. Breakfast was better than some of the other hotels in the area, however the instant eggs and sausages were still lower quality. Cold cereal, breads for toasting, donuts, make-your-own waffles, orange juice, coffee, and canned fruit were good. The waterpark is primarily aimed toward young children rather than all ages. The free WiFi internet connection remained sporadic throughout our stay with no ability to perform internet searches. Overall, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I recommend this hotel. Nice place to stay.

This was a very nice hotel at a very good price. The rooms were clean and the view was beautiful. The customer service was great as well. The only thing I didn't like was the small selection and lack of space at the breakfast bar. Also, the linens were stiff and scratchy.

Our stay was an excellent experience. From checking in with a very outgoing and friendly person to leaving. The rooms were clean and contained all the ammenities needed. We were with 18 people including five children and the water park was a great bonus. The breakfast was above our expectations. All in all I would stay there again.

This hotel is the best fit for us in Mac City. Our kids love the water park. They have a great breakfast. Their 2 room suite allows us to put our young kids to bed and still have a place to be. The only improvement from our last stay here (Labor Day 2012) is that the kiddie pool water was a bit on the chilly side. We had a great stay overall, though.

Friendly staff, especially housekeeping. Clean warm environment. Our room was spacious and very affordable. We enjoyed breakfast but noticed a few minor health violations. Such as lack of refrigeration on needed items. The pool and water park area were very nice although the steps into the main pool were very slippery and we saw multiple people slip and fall in. The wi-fi did not work in our room which wasn't something we couldn't live without but would have been nice to have. Over all we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Room wasn't ready on time but the staff was wonderful and even found us another hotel to stay at just 4 doors down when we decided to stay another. Had a beautiful lake front room. :) Our 10yr old daughter loved this water park the best outta all 3 offered. We will 100% come and stay here again. Loved the mall and downtown soveiner shopping and had a blast playing putt putt. Love the coupons offered but wish there was pricing on the menus of the restaurants you offer. We are on a budget and a few places we walked into were very pricing and the restaurant was filthy. Anna's homestyle kitchen was disgusting and had a $15 hamburgers...we walked out and went someplace cheaper. Pricing would be wonderful on the menus and maybe some cheaper but still nicer restaurant suggestions would be nice. We miss Big boy :) We stayed at the Fairview on Friday night and it was wonderful. Our room was beautiful, loved the patio door and balcony overlooking the water. Had a full moon that night and got some very beautiful pictures. Had a outstanding time overall in your beautiful city. Overall very good stay. Minor things like the parking lot is too small. We came back to the room around 10pm, and could not find a place to park, a bus was taking up 4 spots and there aren't that many parking spaces to start with. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast lady was superb, the water park was great, so other than noisy people in the halls too late at night and the parking it was a very nice stay.

All employees were helpful. I was extremely impressed with the woman who worked the breakfast room. She was very pleasant. She smiled and said " Good Morning" to everyone. The room was clean, updated and a good size. The breakfast choices were great and the breakfast staff was awesome. She was on top of everything and made sure that the place was clean and that there was enough food for everyone. The pool/play area was great and well maintained. We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again. By far the cleanest and nicest hotel that we have stayed at in Mackinaw City.
