Great breakfast. Really fun water park for younger kids. However, looks like it needed a little touch up and cleaning, and the water was much cooler than we had expected for an indoor water park. It was quite fun though!

We were very pleased with the hotel and the personnel. The room was clean and we loved the layout of the suite. The continental breakfast was wonderful, and the personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We were also happy with the location and the view of the lake. We could not believe what a bargain this hotel was for what it had to offer. We did not get a chance to go into the indoor waterpark, but it is a spectacular indoor park with a lazy river (a feature a lot of hotels do not offer). We would definitely stay here again!

This was my family's first visit to the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. We visit Mackinaw City every summer and have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. The size and layout of the rooms is definitely something we really appreciated and is very likely the reason we will stay at the Bridge Vista again next year. I also have to say that the woman who worked the breakfast room was probably one of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a hotel breakfast room. She kept the room clean and breakfast foods we plentiful. On top of that, she treated the customers exceptionally well. Can't wait to visit again next year!

Although we realize this is beyond your control the thousands of shad flys were quite off putting. On the other hand the room was clean and we enjoyed the view from our balcony. The breakfast room was very crowded and the staff did not keep up with the crowd.

Staff went out of way to help us check in early so we could get to a wedding(we stayed at the hotel b/c the bride/groom had blocked off some rooms there). Room was clean; nice to have fridge in room as well. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! All in all a great hotel. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the staff kept telling us that they "couldn't promise" that they could get us checked-in early, even though our room was specifically booked for the wedding. Shouldn't you accomodate early check-ins for guests if you agree to reserve rooms specifically for the wedding event?

Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Water park was a lot of fun, only complaint would be slightly more comforting with more than one life guard on duty. Breakfast buffet was very good. Beach outside hotel was nice, but water to shallow to play in. Can't really fault them on that though. 2 minute drive back into the downtown area.

Hotel manager and staff were very accomodating and the room rate was outstanding for all it included (breakfast, water park etc.). I had a last minute request regarding bringing a pet that my dog sitter had to cancell out on at the last minute, the staff at the hotel didn't even flinch and accomodated my needs without hesitation. All of the staff was truely outstanding, rooms were great and the beach was awsome. Thank You!!

Our kids rated the hotel and everything it had to offer...from the views from our rooms, to the beachfront area...they thanked us numerous times for picking this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff extremely helpful, the breakfast very impressive with all great selections. Of course, the bottom line was the indoor water park..they played there for three hours and didn't want to leave..needless to say, they slept very well that night. We recommend it highly to others and would stay there again without reserved.

Our stay at the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel in Mackinaw City was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast had a great variety of items. We had a good view of the bridge and the island from our room. The pool area was clean and the kiddie section was fun for even young toddlers. The only complaints from our visit would be the water in the pool seemed on the cool side and there were no clean towels left for guests to use. Overall the money spent was justifiable and we would certainly stay here again.

I gave a 5-star (outstanding) rating because we had a great time up north in Mackinaw City. The weather wasn't the greatest, but with the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel having the huge splash pad area for the kids, it made the time spent with the kids even better. They loved playing in the lazy river and going down all the water slides. We will definitely be back again to stay there. The room was nice and clean every day when we came back to the room, and the breakfast bar was outstanding. I will apologize ahead of time because I forgot her name, but she did an AMAZING job keeping everything filled and the room cleaned while the guests ate their breakfast. My hat is off to her and her professionalism. See you next year!!

The rooms were clean and fresh. The water park was clean and not over crowded. the staff was very helpful. However, we had a long drive to get to machinaw that day, we spent several hrs in the waterpark and was hoping to get to bed early and have a good night sleep, at 10-11:30pm all we hear was little feet running up and down the hall way (I cant believe how parents can be so rude and let their kids run and scream up and down the hallways. At 3am I heard screaming outside my door, I flew out of bed, my husband flew out of bed behind me, I open the door and come to find out it was a wedding party that was staying there and they were laughing really loud waiting for the elevator. Not to nice to get woken up at 3am. The breakfast was good, cant complain.. it was free. However, I think there should be more that 2 waffle makers as there was a line of people waiting and more people wanted waffles but didnt want to wait. All in all, I wanted to rate this really good, becasue we would go back, however we would have to have a different room away from a long hallway or an elevator. Dont let the noise of my review bother you if you are a sound sleeper....this hotel is clean and friendly. balcony to sit and look at the lake was a plus!
