We definitely will be staying here every year when we come to Mackinaw. It was great for the price. Very clean, modern, and very nice and helpful staff. Our only complaint would be that there wasn’t a breakfast buffet but that was due to Covid-19. But they Did have breakfast bags to go, so it was better than nothing! And the water slides/lazy river wasn’t open. Not sure if that was due to Covid or for maintenance, but hopefully it’ll be open the next time we stay.

Our stay was a last minute decision. I got online booked a room and got a call within 10 mins informing me they no longer had the room I booked available, as we had wanted a lakeside room. The women on the phone was very kind and said she could upgrade my room at no extra charge to me so that we could still have a lakeside view if that’s what we wanted.

Upon my arrival. there was an error in my reservations, and the manager Scott, took care of me and I was very Happy.Sophia who works the front desk was such a delight to meet.I was up around 3 am every morning(can't sleep) and we had great conversations,she was very helpful in making my stay more comfortable.My Stay at Bridge Vista is like My Home away from Home.Everyone that works there are always helpful and pleasant.Rooms are always cleaned.There is 1 thing I would like to see change for the better and that is the grassy area outside(lakeview)needs to be maintained a bit more,along with the sandy area where all the chairs are,other then that,I have no complaints.Bridge Vista will always be My Home away from Home:)

We loved the room, being able to open sliding doors and enjoy the lake. Although it was a cold windy rainy weekend, we loved the idea of the beach right outside our door. My 5 year old grandson loved the waterpark! It kept him entertained for hours! The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without a doubt!

Our stay was exceptional. Woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful when checking in. Room was clean. Water park area was more than I expected and my daughter loved it. Breakfast the next morning was very good. Woman working in there that morning was the sweetest and probably deserves a raise. She was greeting people asking our how we were doing this morning. All breakfast foods were full and she kept checking so she didn’t run out of anything. She was cleaning tables off as soon as someone left. She also was telling people to have a great day when they were leaving. Now keep in mind the room was busy as it was peak breakfast time, yet she still managed to ask how people were and to tell them to have a good day. She was absolutely amazing!! I wish I knew what her name was to give her the recognition she deserves. She made our breakfast experience wonderful and it was a great way to start the day with someone being so kind and friendly.

My daughter and I came up for the truck show. Arrived at 10 am. Was told check-in was 3, possibly 4!!! Couldn't get in water park til 2!!! Was hoping my daughter would be able to enjoy the water park a lil on Saturday and some more Sunday before we left but we would be heading home by 2 pm!!! I think when there is a big event they could open the park a little earlier!!! Our room was nice and we did have a good time at the show and parade.

Scott and his wife were outstanding. We were with the BAC cycling club. We had to move from another hotel on Sept. 5th and Scott went to the other hotel and picked up bike boxes and brought them his hotel for us. He then stored the boxes until Sept 19th when we returned from our bike tour. We were treated like family. Outstanding and caring people running the hotel.
