The hotel was nice, love the log cabin theme! The location is scenic and ideal - very easy walk to the local shops and restaurants. The indoor water park was a blast - our three children and I enjoyed it a lot! The staff was friendly, kind and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel staff was amazing!!! They really made the stay a five star! Hotel and room was great. Beautiful views and loved the beach area. Only issue was all the broken down things, the water slides, and the pool table, bowling game, and air hockey in the game room! Hopefully the repairs will be done once they can build up the money they probably have lost during the past year and a half because of the pandemic! Hopping this is why the repairs have not been made as of yet!

Had a nice stay. Room was nice and clean. Only thing I found to not be as described is that each room does not have a microwave in it. There is only one in lobby for all hotel visitors to use. For the most part it was a nicer place than what most reviews I read described it to be before I made my reservation.

Very friendly staff. The beach loungers need updating and the outdoor water tap wasn’t turned on so our feet were sandy walking back into the building. Everything else was great and we would definitely stay there again.

I called ahead, so I was aware of the grab and go breakfast and body slide closures. Removing those from the equation, I would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff was so nice and accomodating. The custodial staff included! I thought we would have a microwave in the room, but we did not, it wasn't a big deal though because there is so much to do in Mackinaw City, that we hardly were in our room.

Always enjoy staying at Bridge Vista. Always clean and people are nice.. only issue was the tv. The Spectrum Box for the cable is behind the dresser so you can't change channels unless you go stand on the side of the dresser.

Our room was great although it didn’t have a microwave that was implied on their website. The website also said no pets allowed but there were at least 5 dogs. I would’ve brought mine had I known they allowed them! We used the stairway a lot and saw many cob webs around the ceiling light with huge spiders in them!

We didn't have much time during our visit to enjoy the beach area but the view was beautiful. The water park was a bonus which we did not initially know would be part of our visit. The room was spacious and clean, but could use a couple improvements. The bathroom sink did not have a handle to pop up the drain plug so the sink kept plugging. We had to manually pull out the plug to avoid this. The bedroom door had to be slammed in order to close it, I'm sure disturbing the neighbouring rooms (early or late in the day) as well as anyone in our own room. Lastly, your front desk staff should be better educated on the ferry options since your hotel is selling the discounted tickets. We were not informed that we still needed to take the printed tickets given to us at the hotel to the ticket booth to be scanned and exchanged for actual tickets. We also were told the ferry goes out every half hour but were not informed that if we miss the 7:30am ferry, we need to wait till 9! Because we had to return to have our hotel tickets scanned, we missed the ferry by those few minutes and lost 1 1/2 hours on the island! Overall, we would consider returning to this facility, now better informed.

The hotel was at a convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed at this hotel because the one I originally booked had overbooked and luckily I called because I had not got a confirmation. Otherwise I wouldn’t have known until I got there, which was frustrating! I think both were overpriced for what they offered.

We had a wonderful stay. The two large slides in the water park and the bowling in the game room were down. I understand things happen but some money should be taken off of the room rate if 2 of the main attractions aren’t working. Besides that, it’s a great hotel for a long weekend.

Motel was clean, staff was friendly. There are only two things we were disappointed in. The Wifi was the worst ever and breakfast in a bad was not good either Breakfast should not be advertised if it it not available. Was also disappointed that it cost extra to swim in the pool. Our room was clean and well stocked.

Absolutely fantastic stay!!! Scott the general manager and his team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!! From making sure we liked the room we were in, (lakeside), to all the little details, they did an awesome job!! We love the Mackinaw area and have been here multiple times over the years. Have stayed in several other hotels as well as the Bridge Vista. This stay confirmed that the Bridge Vista is the only hotel we will be staying at when we come back to Mackinaw!!!

We had a lovely stay at Bridge Vista Beach Hotel. Everything was very clean and COVID distance friendly (mask requirements in the hallways, plexiglass at the front desk, altered breakfast). The location is great, not right in town but only a short drive or even a walk gets you there. The room was very nice and clean. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant. Quick and easy check in. I like that even though they didn’t have their usual breakfast due to covid, they still had an option of like a bagged breakfast to pick up at the front desk.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly. Due to Covid restrictions part of the water area was closed but the pool was open. Breakfast consisted of a brown paper sac with water, apple, and granola bar. They made the best of a bad situation. The internet was non existent but we were rarely there so it did not have a big impact on our stay. Recommend you take your own pillow. Overall, it is a very nice hotel and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
