Great place to stay. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. I must admit, I have read some reviews online after I booked this room and I was quite scared as to what I'd find. I was very pleased with the room as far as cleanliness and look. I was very pleased with the staff and the manager who were extremely helpful. The breakfast was OK (your standard hotel breakfast)but they also offer great coupons to a nearby restaurant where they serve great breakfast. The water park isn't the best but your kids will have fun, to me it was a little over-chlorinated. Over all, I would definitely stay here again Peter G. Tinley Park, IL

When we arrived the girl at the front desk was juggling several differnet people all by herself. I wish I remembered her name. She was very patient even with some of the rude people in the lobby. Our room was upgraded due tot he length of time we had tp wait to be waited on but the wait was not her fault. I woudl say it was managements fault for not having more than one person at the front desk. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back again to the same hotel.

Our room was great. My only complaint is with the Pirates Cove pool maintenance. I really think the pool had too much Chlorine in it. It was very cloudy and burned the eyes. I know chlorine has that negative effect. Would recommend trying Blu20 (an eco-friendly product, like swimming in bottled water). You can call me to discuss! 517-622-3636
