Kids loved the water park!!! The extra large family room was great; it accommodated adults and many kids. The room was very outdated which was disappointing. However, housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean. I never felt like anything was not cleaned regularly.

Friendly staff. Clean, well plenished breakfast with lots of options. Didn’t use the pool or water park so cannot comment on those. Rooms were clean, though a bit rundown. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Would have liked to need a scan card to enter the building for extra security-the way it is now, anyone can walk into the side doors. We had no hot water in the room to shower in the morning but a repairman was sent up within 10 min. When he deemed the problem unfixable, we were given a key to another room to shower. Centrally located so we were able to walk to all the fun shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes.

I picked this hotel because of the indoor water park and arcade. In my opinion it was designed more for young children. My grandsons are 12 and 15 and after checking it out they both declined to use them. But for younger children at the hotel they all appeared to be having fun. We did enjoy the fireworks display. That was an unexpected surprise.

I enjoyed the stay, we arrived later than what we hoped. I'd booked a sunset cruise on the lake, I was asked by the attendant at the desk if I still wanted to do that. We had a view of the bay, with a balcony where we could watch fireworks being launched over the water.

The rooms were clean and decorated very nicely, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the water park was in great repair and clean, and we were able to be next to our family members. The only set-back was that we had to go to another hotel for breakfast, but considering the time of year, it was totally understandable. The breakfast was great!

The kids had so much fun at the water park. But we had a very old outdated tv not the flat screen as described, house keeping only took towels and brought new. The rooms need work. They need to advertise that off season only has access to one water park.

The waterpark was the perfect size for my kids and it was actually warm! I've stayed at hotels with waterparks before and my kids were shivering and freezing within 10 minutes because the water was so cold. This was not the case at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and I would definitely come back again!

I would've liked to see some more games in the "game room", for the kids. There was no chalk for the pool sticks -- and only one pool table, so we had to wait over 45 minutes just to play one game of pool. It would've been nice if there was another table. Went to get breakfast at 930 and everything was taken down -- I was under the impression breakfast was from 7am-10am; however; it must've been done before 9:30...

Perfect place for our fall honeymoon! Lovely breakfast with lots of food choices, great employees, and a huge pool and hot tub! The mini water park is a fun plus. We are loving all the indoor options at the hotel since it's been too rainy and gross to do much outside.
