If we were a family with small kids who were excited about the indoor water park we’d be mad as heck. We reserved a room and when we got there the referred us to the Hamilton. It was great! Very nice room, very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The room was clean but if you stay more than one night your room may not get vacuumed after the first night. We only stayed two nights & it appeared that our room did not get vacuumed which made our allergies go crazy.

Whenever my wife and I are in the Mackinaw area, we stay at the Crown Choice Inn & Suites. The rooms are tastefully decorated, beds are very comfortable, and the free breakfast is excellent. Staying so many times in the past, we have come to know the young lady, Michelle, who works the desk during the evening shift. She will always greet you with a smile, she will help provide you with any local information you might need, and generally will make your stay as pleasant as possible. My wife and I have cruised many times to her home island of Jamaica. You won't go wrong staying at the Crown Choice Inn & Suites.

We had stayed here a few years ago, and prior to that the bayside. We have always had great experiences there, and recommend it. It is the only hotel in the city we have stayed in, but is great to us. Some remodeling in the room furniture would be great!

Very clean room. The hostess at the front desk remembered me from last year. However, I did not like that the pool was not available until 2pm. My daughter and I wanted to go swimming before we went to the island in the morning on a Saturday and couldnt do so. Check out time is 11am so we couldnt use the pool Sunday morning before we left. When I asked the front desk why it isnt available so late at 2pm in the afternoon (most people would be visiting the island at that time I would think) she said because they need to clean it which I understand. But I would think 10pm closing time until 9am, or 10am would be sufficient enough time for cleaning.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. We appreciated and used the balcony even though the weather was a bit chilly which is to be expected in September. The staff was courteous and helpful but other than for check in we didn't interact with them again until check out. A very nice stay and I would book this hotel again.

The enclosed area was very hot with hot tub to hot, The eating area was very large which was great But there was no way to keep food hot. There were no covers to close for eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits. Had to put in Microwave to heat up. Person said there are no covers I can't believe that told front desk at checkout said she would have that checked out. Other wise room was good and clean.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We needed a space for 2 adults and 2 kids and it was great to have space/beds for such a reasonable price. The balcony was very pleasant for relaxing. Two TVs was unexpected and nice for adults vs. kids. The kids, ages 7 and 10, LOVED the pool and water play area. The only downside was the mattress on the pullout sofa. Very bad. Was corrected by putting it directly on the floor.

Though our stay was only one night this hotel proved to be one of the best we have stayed in for hockey. We travel all over the state during the season and stay at many hotels. This hotel was by far the best choice for our team. Thank you for all the hospitality and knowing that hockey families can be rowdy at times and allowing the freedom for kids to be kids. The rooms were nice and clean. The sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable. The hot tub was huge and lovely. The water in the waterpark was so cold! My 4 year old wouldn’t go play in there, the older kids did. Breakfast was good.
