Michelle was amazing!!! Best customer service we've ever had. Always sweet and smiling with all the guests. She deserves a raise😉 We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. There was a lot of room, beds were cozy, room was clean upon entry and very quiet despite being surrounded by other families Waterpark was clean, pool water wasn't freezing and the staff were always keeping an eye on kids.

The office receptionist during out stay from June 19-21, 2021 is exceptional! She was always professional, polite, and friendly. She always greeted us with a big smile when we walk in and she ended each visit with many thanks (when we should be thanking her). We have never felt more welcomed and appreciated by a hotel clerk! The hotel and room we stayed in was clean. The waterpark was so much fun. If there is one area of improvement to be made, the indoor pool could have been cleaner. The water was a bit cloudy with lots of visible floaties, including wads of hair. I spent the majority of my time at the Pirates of Adventure waterpark which was perfect for my two young daughters ages 6 and 8. We will definitely be returning.

Was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly,able to assist when needed. Room was clean and comfy, except the pullout. Only drawback was the “grab and go” breakfast… a bottle of water, an apple and a granola bar… kids didn’t like it.

We upgraded to a balcony water view when we arrived. The screen door was bent and wouldn't stay in the tract so we couldn't leave the slider open. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The water park is great for young kids and the staff is very friendly. The Covid on the go breakfast consisted of a unripened apple,granola bar and a bottle of warm water. Hopefully that changes soon

This was out second time staying here and we loved it. Check in was fast and easy and the staff was so polite!! They even upgraded our room, which wasn't something we'd even asked for or expected. The only issue we had was that there weren't any washcloths in our room but the front desk sent some up right away. All in all it was a wonderful weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

I originally made reservations to stay at the Crown Choice Inn & Suites, only to find that it was not open, the waterpark was, but we had to stay at the Hamilton Inn across the street from the Crown Choice. The waterpark at the Crown Choice was open, it is phenomenal, the person running it the entire time of our stay (Hunter) was friendly, and always willing to offer help and answer questions for me. The Hamilton Inn was ok, my room was a bit dirty, but aside from that the room was fine.

The only odd thing was having to register at the different motel next door because no one was on staff at the Crown Choice. And the clerk at the ferry dock said our ferry tickets would have been cheaper if we bought at the dock instead of through the hotel.

We stayed in room 5422, & it was kind of a pain to have to go up & down the stairs with all our belongings. But all in all it was a very nice room. We needed towels the 2nd day, I called the front desk, & it was only 10 minutes later & a gal was there with them. The waterpark & pool was very nice. I would definitely go back & stay with your hotel.

Was greeted by very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and clean. The grandkids loved the water park. Located close to the shops and restaurants. The website made it appear like the hotel was located beach side. We would have a balcony to sit on and gaze out at the Lake. It is not directly at the beach and the balconies overlook the parking lot!

We first stayed at America’s Best Value...which was filthy and disgusting from the rooms,to the exterior grounds, and the pool. Please look into this place. We then booked an extra night at Crown Choice which was very clean and staff were very nice.

The rooms are nice and spacious. it’s a good location for the ferries and Mackinaw City. We picked up our key and went to find our room and the door was wide open. I don’t think they had finished cleaning it. Everything was done but I don’t think it had be vacuumed.
