When we got to our room, it looked like the other person had not checked out yet or it wasn't cleaned yet. The stairs were a little treacherous too. My husband spoke to the staff and they upgraded our room to a lake view 1st floor room! Staff was very professional and friendly. Continental breakfast was decent. Pool was clean.
