It's priced very reasonably, has a great indoor pool and also hot tub. Another big plus is it is right at the Star Line ferry's dock. Breakfast was awesome - food was hot & a great selection. Breakfast room looked like it was still under construction. Breakfast room needed dead bugs to be cleaned off window sills. Days Inn Lakeview HotelDays Inn Lakeview Michelle from Lancaster stayed in August 2016We stayed at this hotel on August 22 and 23. It was a great experience. Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We especially liked the fact that we could open the windows and let the fresh air and breeze in. The breakfast was good and offered multiple selections and the attendant very pleasant. She even sang while she worked. We didn't use The pool, but it looked very nice. We took The ferry over to Mackinac Island and were extremely pleased with the proximity to the dock for The Arnold Line. We were able to walk right down to board the ferry. It is not directly on the water, so it is not on the beach if that is what you are looking for. For our purposes it was an awesome location, right next to the Arnold Ferry dock and at the south end of the main area. The included breakfast was awesome as well. It included the usual cold cereals, bagels, toast, waffles, etc. and also had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and biscuits and gravy. Love the king size bed, slept like a baby. All the employees were really helpful, check-in was quick check-out was even quicker. Days Inn Lakeview HotelDays Inn Lakeview Donna from Woodstock stayed in April 2016The Days Inn was not available, but the alternative at the Hamilton (I believe) was marvelous. The initial greeting was a bit disconcerting because we did not know really what was going on, but once we were told of the new arrangements everything went well. We even had a balcony with a view of the lake, which is what we had requested at the Days Inn.
