Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Complete hotel staff that we came in contact with were very informative and provided us with coupons and discounts for the different activities we had planned. Would gladly recomend to friends and family. Also like the fact that if we had had to cancel would not have been charged a fee, if done so in time.

Our room was very nice, clean and had a great view of the water. The only item that did not meet our expectations was the breakfast bar. The selection of items was fairly limited. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed the hotel, but I would like to see the breakfast food improved. High fat, transfat, and high sugar, although perhaps good tasting, are less nutritional than other breakfast choices such as oatmeal, whole wheat toast, fresh fruit, etc. The food choices were too limited and I recommend that it be more inclusive even if it is attached to a cost.

Everything about the inn was very nice . We stayed in the newest built section. The people at the front desk were fantastic. The balcony over looking the lake was perfect. The only part that they could change on is the breakfast. Need better quality food. After the family tried eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, ( terrible ) ,we all had waffles Thank you

Our beachfront room was beautiful. The room was ready at noon when we arrived. Even if you arrive early you usually have to wait until the check in time. They contacted the maid who worked our rm next.

Accommodations were very nice and staff responded very quickly when we found there was no remote for the TV. The pool was great and the overall location was very convenient for the ferry. We were surprised that the much touted 25 ft breakfast bar included the areas that had the coffee, tea, plates, and toaster. It was 25 ft of actual food choices. However, for free it was adequate. We would stay there again.

The Hamilton Inn Select Beachfront is in a great location around other hotels, marina, ferries, shopping, restaurants and other attractions. The room is clean and comfortable. Only thing we didn't like was having trees block our view from our room (we were on the courtside). Didn't realize trees align the courtside. However, we got used to it and it was ok.

We stayed in one of the new rooms & it was weird how the elevator went to the 3rd floor & then we had to take the stairs to the 4th. Also, the hotel layout felt confusing - we got lost trying to find breakfast. More signs could be added. Otherwise, nice - clean rooms. Good breakfast - nice breakfast room - spacious with multiple flat screens. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location and view of the water; comfortable beds; extra pillows were great!! Room service (for pillows) was fast. Enjoyed the beach access in front and the proximity to the Mackinac Island Ferry. Breakfast, however, didn't have the variety I expected, like fresh fruit, more egg options. Otherwise, it was great! I would stay again.

The service was impeccable! We received a personal phone call confirming our reservation. Upon arrival, we were greated by everyone at the reception desk and given an upgrade, which we enjoyed fully. The location can't be beat. Paying extra for the balcony view of the beach and Lake Huron was worth it. When we thought we left something behind in the room the staff was very accomodating. The memories, especially taking a moonlight dip in the lake, created here will always be a part of us. Thank you!
