Room was clean, however not excited about beachfront room balconey on ground level, next to outside doors(people sitting on outside rail of our balconey). Continental breakfast eggs, biscuits, & sausage were just ok, however waffels were excellent. Staff was courteous. Breakfast staff worked very hard to keep everything filled.

The hotel was wonderful, service great. The only problem is parking...we are Seniors, without handicap stickers. There was a full house and no where to park. We were told there is parking for everyone, not true. We ended up parking off grounds.

OUr room wasnt ready when we arrived so they up graded us to suite for 10.00 more a night and it was a wonderful suprise! The room was beautifullly decorated, and very comfortable beds and the bathroom was also beautiful with a TV in it! This hotel is right next to Star Lines so we were able to just walk to the boat and leave our car in the hotel parking lot. The breakfast room is huge and very clean and good breakfast! We would diffently come back!!

Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Because we were on the end of the building and kept our window open all night, it was a bit noisy in the morning when the ferry started running. But it was a great experience. We will be back!

We had a reservation for 2 rooms next to each other. When we arrived, the rooms were not next to each other. The front desk was able to change our rooms to honor their promise. After watching the lazer show, we returned to one of our rooms to find that the bathroom sink would not drain at all. Maintenance was immediately sent to solve the problem which they did although it was 11:30p before they finished. I believe the maid who cleaned that room should have known there was a problem.

We loved walking in to find memory foam mattresses! The staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet. I always love staying at the Hamilton when I visit Mackinaw. I referred a friend to stay there the night we left. One thing that was odd, but not a big deal, the housekeeping staff member took our empty cans we planned on returning without asking.

Good service, excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable room. The only suggestion would be to have towel bars nearer the sink in the bathroom. We had a handicapped room and the only "towel bar" was the handicap bar next to the toilet. Not very convenient, especially for anyone who is handicapped.

We enjoyed our stay the room was clean the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The only suggustion would be to have the cleaning person check at the front desk before knocking on the door to see if we were gone. Check out is at 11 and the attendant knocked shortly after 10. We were still relaxing trying to enjoy every last minute. If the attendant would have seen that we had not returned our key they would have known not to disturb us. Yes we will be back and will recomend to others.

Checking in and out was quick and efficient. The room was spotless and fully stocked...We stayed at the Comfort Inn Suites a few months earlier and had only one small towel to share, despite calls to 'hospitality'. The hot breakfast was not only hot and tasty but fun! We decided to get one of those waffle irons for home too! My only complaint would be that you had to continually press down on the hairdryer button in order to dry your hair...not easy when you're trying to style at the the same time.

GOOD: However I would go a step up between good and outstanding. The room was clean with a spa on the ground floor. It had a nice patio and the room service was good. Close to in and out of the car.
