We were assigned Room #449, which had a beautiful view and nice amenities, however, we were never told that an elevator only went to the 3rd floor and not to the 4th floor where where our room was. We are in our late 60s, so getting our luggage to and from the room was a challenge. Walking it was fine, but toting the luggage was another thing. The view of the beach and lake was amazing! I don't think I've seen a better view. The bath tub was kind of dirty and the toilet kept clogging. The sink was small as well. We decided to stay at the Hamilton. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our request for a ground floor room. We were surprised to find they had a bike rack inside close to our room. I loved our room being right on the beach and close to the lake. The staff were very friendly.
