Answered all of our questions when seeking directions or information about local restaurants and businesses. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff very courteous. Breakfast room and swimming pool areas pleasant and spacious. Very clean facility. Somewhat disappointed that there was no on site restaurant and lounge as advertised. The initial room I was in was surrounded by hockey teams and families and was loud and without question the front desk staff worked to move me to a much quieter area and to a much nicer room overall. The room we were placed in, with an in-room jacuzzi, was very nice and quiet....but when we went to use the jacuzzi, the jets obviously hadn't been used in a while and were dirt filled. BUT given that this wasn't the original room we signed up for and the staff graciously moved us to it to be accommodating, it wasn't that big of a deal overall. The breakfast staff was also very nice and very on top of keeping thing filled and warm. Check in was fast and they cheerfully accomodated our request for an additional nights stay. The breakfast buffet serves the standard powdered scrambled eggs and wafer thin sausage patties, along with juice, coffee, bagels, etc. certainly nothing to set it apart from the usual fare but plentiful, free, and enough to get you started on your day.
