Was delivering to the owner of Hamilton sliding glass doors. Sum guy wasn't there to count the inventory which I thought was kinda fishy. I got held up and the owner let me stay free of charge. Thank you Mr Enzo. Nice clean room. Place was comfortable.

Room and amenities were very nice. Location was great. Only reason I dropped to a 4 star is because the breakfast was just so so and they didn't offer any decaf coffee at breakfast (you could make decaf in your room).I would rate a 4.4 overall

Nice rooms, nice clean pool/hotub, could use thicker blankets on beds. Recommend a sign on third floor of where to find breakfast lounge, and also to make professional signs instead of signs made with paper and pen taped to wall like i noticed. Would appreciate eggs/more protein or oatmeal/whole grains, at breakfast. Overall it was great for a quick night stay and i appreciate the cheap price.

I wish we could have come later in the year, the hotel was comfortable and the staff very nice, the Dixie saloon where we ate was wonderful. We do plan on coming back and will most likely stay at the Hamilton

The storm made us stuck there, the front desk and housekeeping got our room ready early and switched us to a handicapped room when she saw me come in with my walker. She was phenomenal

We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi.Check in was quick and easy. It was clean but out dated. There was a slight odor in the room (like stale air) but the view the next morning was worth it. The breakfast was okay. Good for just having something quick to eat before hitting the road again. Wed stay again if we want a place thats easily accessible.

We have stayed a few times at this facility. Weve really enjoyed it. The staff is very polite and helpful. The only thing that we didnt know about was a continental breakfast each time for some reason it was a miscommunication so I would recommend them all being on the same page with that situation, other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

It was very nice stay. The only complaint I have is that I left my prescription eye glasses there and they were not willing to ship it out to me. I was told I had arrange FedEx myself. That was very inconvenient.

Very Clean and nice size rooms. Customer service for check in and out was great. However the heater in our room stopped working the second day, maintenence did come and look at it and they were unable to fix it. We were only offered a small oil filed electric heater for supplement heat "To keep our room tolerable"per the front desk. In Mackinaw City in a room on Lake Huron on Dec 31st that is not enough heat. We were rather cold all evening, night and morning while we packed up. We were never offered another room or any discount. I left rather dissatisfied after staying at this hotel for 5 years now when we travel North.

The front desk was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and quiet even though we were there for New Year's Eve. With the option to go to the waterpark across the street, it makes it even more enticing for us. The only complaint was that the pool water seemed dirty at this hotel. We never made it across to the waterpark to see what that was like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the building seemed old and dingy. The building layout was strange. There was little to no seating space outside of our room, and breakfast was subpar. It was the off-season, though, so maybe its nicer during the summer. The low price was nice.

Polite staff, warm and comfy rooms, beautiful beachfront access, a very lovely hotel! Accommodations were comfortable, beds large and soft, and rooms stayed nice and warm during December weather. The coffee was great. It would be AWESOME if breakfast could swap out ham with scrambled eggs or sausages instead.

Hotel location was perfect. Room view of lake was great. Breakfast room was set at a chilly 56F, and only meat selection was ham both mornings. Hotel staff was very courteous and professional. Would stay here again.

The front desk was nice. The hotel is closed to the beach so you can walk to the ferry dock. The room is a little bit old but spacious. The selections of the breakfast are not that many.

The breakfast was very basic. No eggs or sausage. No potatoes of any kind. Just cereal, bagels, waffles and pancakes. I think there was sliced ham but that was the only real protein. The beds could be better. Not the worst but not the best either. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was unusable. Sounds like the bearings were going bad. Super loud. I guess I was just hoping for better from a hotel in that area.
