The room was very nice. Everything was neat. The view on the lakeside balcony was the most beautiful to relax to. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Very close to ferry boarding. There was a jacuzzi tub in our room available but not working which was a real let down but the shower was very nice. No reason not to stay here! Note: The midges people are talking about are everywhere in the city and island. Were not as bad when we were there but still present. They cannot control all of the pests.

The view- pay the extra for the 3rd floor lake view- amazing!!! Cleaning team was a bit late but the reception was lovely. Breakfast was ample. The beach was great and the price was reasonable. Super close to the ferry and walkable to all Mackinaw City attractions.

Room was fabulous and super clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Building had a place inside to store and lock up bikes which was nice. Indoor pool was a really nice too. Great location for food and shops and the ferry rides to the island. Nice beach area in the back of the hotel and rooms that lookout to the beach. Overall, will stay again next time I come to Mackinaw!!

Loved the area. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Had a reservation at the clarion down the strip but cancelled those reservations and moved after one night in that disgusting hotel. Thank you for saving my vacation

Only 4 stars because with the amount I paid, I feel like the room could have been more up to date. The screen door to the balcony was broken and would not slide correctly. The bathroom door stuck closed so we could never shut it all the way. However, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the jacuzzi tub in the room was awesome, and the view from our room was great. Plus we had the best view for the firework show

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfy. Loved the lazy river and pool area. We appreciated the buy one get one free buffet coupon for Toast A Go-Go. It was delicious! Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel. One night wasnt enough. Loved the Friday night fireworks!!

Front counter ladys and turndown service ladys are great. Helped my family upgrade our room to a larger room with walkout balcony to beach. Wife and kids enjoyed this upgrade very much. Only downside was kids room didnt have cable box so they could watch tv in the evening.

The staff is extremely kind and that is the saving grace of this place. I enjoyed them. The breakfast was a bit lack luster, as we went early and many things were ran low and not replenished. The rollaway bed was comfortable, but the cost associated with it was a bit high priced. The room was relatively clean, I did find some garbage by the bed. But I will reiterate that the staff were all really nice!

The ladies that worked the front desk were very friendly. we had a fantastic lake view room. The room was very clean. It would be nice if the coffee machine in the front lobby would be on 24 hours , because its fresh brewed. it was our anniversary I had flowers sent to the room and they did an excellent job, placing the arrangement on the bed. with swans made out of towels.

We visited/stayed at the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel from 6/16/23 to 6/18/23. We were greeted upon arrival and helped by front desk staff. Staff was very friendly and explained the rooms, accommodations, restaurant locations, island activities etc.The rooms felt clean and appeared to be clean. Overall, good experience. We will visit again.

The hotel itself is nice. Its inconvenient if you have a room on the 4th floor since the elevator doesnt go to the fourth floor and you have to the stairs to get there. Also their breakfast needs more selection.

Room and beds were fine. Continental breakfast was a zoo! Very unpleasant experience due to huge crowd and rude guests. One family monopolized the waffle-maker for an hour. We left.
