The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and super helpful! The room was clean except for the jacuzzi, which was a little dirty but not too bad. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

The hotel is in a beautiful location, not only the sight but also walking distance for a lot of activities. We had an initial issue with the TV, but it was resolved very quickly! The jacuzzi in the room worked perfectly. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and both times have been great.

Staff was Super Friendly and accommodating. Off the Beach, perfect location. The only thing they needed was updated the lawn chairs on the beach. Cleaning staff was superb too!

Are accommodations were very good We got a balcony room king bed with a sofa bed overlooking the beach and the fireworks on Friday night and Sunday night were fantastic only about 10 minutes long but from our balcony it was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning consisted of basically pancakes and ham fruit cocktail waffles toast coffee milk orange juice that's about it 2 days we tried it and after one day of pancakes that was enough other than that our stay has been very nice All the employees have been very nice We would stay here again but the breakfast definitely needs work.

The Hamilton Inn staff was superb! They are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable of the area, & take the time for a conversation along with getting to know you...A+!The city is warm, clean, & so easy to navigate. Everything to do in the city is within walking distance and the food offerings are excellent.Being a USCG veteran, I enjoyed the USCGC Mackinaw Museum. We will be back!

The hotel was pretty nice. The first interaction I had with someone on the phone was very negative as she hung up on me, then continued to hang up on me whenever I called back. Ultimately I got a hold of a manager and resolved the problem. Once I got to the hotel and saw how overwhelmed the women were at the front desk, and answering the phones, I understood why she was so short. At the end of it all, the accommodations were decent and worth the money spent.

The check in process was hassle fee and fast. The clerk was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room was clean and spacey. The only complaint was the thinness of the walls. We were in a room just outside the elevators and we could hear families talking as they waited for the elevator. The location of our room did come in handy for us as the fireworks on Fri night were lit off from a barge in the lake just in front of our room- no reason for us to leave. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had booked a queen room but because our room wasn't ready they gave us a room with 2 beds. This allowed us to check in immediately. We had some problems with our hair dryer and was given a new replacement (still in the box) immediately. The location was close to all the activity.

Expedia had messed up the room I wanted and the Young Man at check in desk talked with his Manager, she helped me out and then the housekeepers Sabrina & Charmaine fixed our room up to help us celebrate our Anniversary & Husbands Birthday. In addition to that they included us in a surprise birthday celebration they had planned for one of their own coworkers who had the same birthday as my husband. They all were exceptional, Hotel was exceptional. They helped take our minds off the situation we have been going through. Thank you so very much

The breakfasts were mediocre at best and our suite was a little outdated. The absolute highlight of our stay was Fifi and Kate at the front desk. They were as helpful and pleasant as they could possibly be. We loved them.
