The employees at the hotel were very helpful and kind. They all knew their jobs very well. My only complaint would be the large sticky spot on our carpeting in our room. Other than that the room was clean.

The staff at Hamilton Inn was one of the most pleasant staff we have experienced in our travels. Hotel presented itself well and again, the staff make the difference. We felt welcomed and the housekeeping staff was incredible. We felt at hone. I would highly recommend this hotel. The morning breakfast was served hot and in a nice clean environment. This place was enjoyable all around.

We have stayed @ the Hamilton Inn Select over the past 15 + years and we enjoy our stay every year we visit Mackinaw. We request a certain room and usually, we get it and we love it! The rooms are over-sized and cleaned very well. My husband enjoys breakfast in the breakfast room and I enjoy sitting in the breakfast room and relaxing or reading after it closes @ 10 a.m We also enjoy using the exercise room when the weather is too bad to go out. The staff is very friendly and nice to talk to. We just enjoy staying @ the Hamilton!

Room was clean and staff was efficient. Lighting, especially in bathroom, was poor. There was no place in shower to set shampoo and conditioner bottles, etc. My wife said it must have been designed by a man. This was second time at the Hamilton and would probably stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our room faced the water, as requested. We had a balcony and it was nice that we were able to access it. Breakfast was "okay." The sausage biscuit gravy was very watery. We would stay again. The price was very good.

Although we did not have a lake front hotel, we did have a very nice view of the adjacent garden: very nice. The room was roomy. We appreciate the two sitting chairs as well; nice to be able to read sitting up in a chair. We liked the big porch and just being able to sit ... and look at the lake. Very nice.

We always stay at Hamilton before going to the island. We like that there is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite available. The only complaint we have are the pillows. They are way too small for an adult. See you next October!
