Pros- Good deal for what you pay for. The rooms were clean, our room had a sink in the bathroom and a vanity with a sink outside the bathroom. That's really important when you have a family. Con- The bottom of the pool needed cleaning, like as in the pool needed to be drained and the bottom cleaned. The breakfast bar would've been so much nicer if it would've been kept stocked. We went in 20 minutes prior to the breakfast bar closing, eggs & yogurt were completely gone! Tons of people still in there and still coming in!

Room rate was fair, they hotel offered the option to upgrade to a room with better view at same cost. Breakfast was available, which was a nice surprise. Hotel accommodated a request for later checkout graciously. Experience was good overall. Would consider staying there again.

We had an awesome time. The price was sweet, we had access to three water parks for our children, and were upgraded to a room on the waterfront free of charge. we were thrilled.The women who clean and set out the food could not be sweeter and took time to talk to my children, which was very kind.

We were a little cramped, one of the TV's didn't work(although we didn't actually need it), and the internet was rather slow and not always working right, but for $149/night (plus tax) to get three beds for seven people (four adults and nine, six, and two year olds) was a bargain that made it worth it and possible for all of us to make the trip.

I've done quite a lot of traveling around this great country and stayed at a lot of places some have been more modern but NONE with a friendlier more helpful staff. Our every request was met with a smile and attended to immediately. Rooms are very clean. Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

The staff was always courteous, the breakfast was good and Scott at the front desk upgraded our room without my requesting it. The view from our balconey was great. The room was kind of small to be considered a two room suite, but it was clean and adequate for the three of us. Just seemed a little small for that title. Otherwise they would have gotten an outstanding. P.S. The price was excellent!
