I loved the waterfront balcony. Good to have shuttle service to the boat dock. Walking distance to some shops/restaurants. Room accommodations were good. Staff was friendly. Our screen door was ripped but we forgot to report it.

The room was good. Nice staff and very helpful! We didnt spend a lot of time there, but it was what we needed...clean, comfy bed, nice shower. Bonus they had shampoo and conditioner! I definitely enjoyed the balcony and being able to hear and see the water each evening and morning.

Hotel was nice for the price. For sure needs some updates. Front desk at check in was very nice and friendly. Room and balcony were both cleanl. Fireworks were ok the lake, were able to watch from our balcony.

Nice place to stay. The beach is quiet and peaceful. I recommend the lakeside with a balcony, so worth it!!! They could use more staff for upkeep and grounds.

Samantha was great in supplying us with the perfect room. But this room 101 probably happened to be the farthest away from the router. We didn’t have any WiFi bars and if we did it mustard up only 1 bar. It would be nice especially when your advertising free WiFi on the sign out front that you would have a meshed WiFi system throughout the hotel. This would have made the experience even better. As one of your upgrades for next year this should be at the top of your list along with getting that outside hot tub fixed.

Very helpful reception and answered our questions. Room was ready upon check in and seemed nice. Later noticed cobwebs on ceiling and floors. Showered next day and very disappointed and displeased about the clogging/slow draining in bathtub. That was bad sorry. Also room wasnt tidied up the whole day we were out. Will think twice using hotel in the future.

The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Friday night fireworks were GREAT!!! Our room on the lakeshore had a great view. We did not use the pool area.
