Room was clean, nice 42" flat panel tv. Nice pool and hottub. Breakfast room a little small. Close to everything. We had a nice time and would stay here again.

Everything was very nice and the people were very nice also. only thing I would a suggestion (and it still wasn't bad), I wish they had just alittle more for their breakfast selections, but please don't take this as a complaint cause it isn't. Very nice overall

This was a good hotel to stay at for our overnight stay in Mackinaw City. It is located close to downtown and the ferries to Mackinac Island. The room is a standard room. I ask for lakeview not realizing I would have to stand on the balcony of our room and peer to the side in order to glimpse a piece of Lake Michigan between the side of the hotel and the ferry dock. The breakfast provided was ok, but served in a very tiny area making it difficult for patrons to receive their food. Overall it was a good place to stay and I will be back sometime in the future.

THIS IS A OLDER HOTEL BUT, THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB WITH WHAT THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY KNEW MY NAME AT CHECK IN AND REMEMBERED MY NAME WHEN I CHECKED OUT. THE SHEETS ON THE BED WERE CLEAN AND FRESH, THE BLANKETS WERE ALSO CLEAN. THE BATHROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THESE ARE TWO THINGS THAT ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Everything was fine except for the Amana PTAC. The compressor was very noisy. It should be pulled and placed in a common area. I told the girl at check out the unit was noisy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The beach was very nice. Breakfast was the same daily. It was very filling and you never left hungry but we did go out to eat the last day for something different. We will be staying here again.

Clean and comfortable. It was on the beach. It had a washer and drier. The staff was very helpful when I was soo tired and needed help. It was located in-betweeen the ferries. All these things were so needed as I was traveling with an elderly mother.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Ramada! Staff is SUPER friendly, rooms are EXTRAORDINARY, close to shopping and eating...I could go on and on!!! This will ALWAYS be my motel of choice when visiting! Hopefully I can make another trip in a month or two and I WILL be staying at Ramada Inn Waterfront!!!

The room was a good size, and we appreciated the included fridge and microwave. Access to both the on-site pool and the waterpark across the street was also very nice. Staff were very kind, friendly, and accomodating. We were, however, somewhat disappointed with the breakfast buffet.

For the price, I cannot complain, everything was nice. The TV could have been better, but that's really not why we were there. The room had everything you really needed, fridge, microwave, coffee, blowdryer, breakfast, all at a very reasonable price. We would stay there again.

THE DESK CLERK WAS FREINDLY & THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE LADY THAT COOKED FOR THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS ILL, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE MOTEL ACROSS THE STREET FOR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST & EVERYONE WAS VERY FREINDLY. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE & WOULD RECOMMEND RAMADA INN WATERFRONT TO ANYONE. THANKS.
