We arrived at our room late at night and were treated by a friendly front desk staff. We were given nervous coupons for stores and restaurants around the area as well as a map. We had a room on the group floor that was lakefront. Our room had a patio that walked right onto the lake and was beautiful. The room was nice and we were provided with everything we needed! My only complaint would be that the pool was cold

We had a good time at the hotel although when I first booked the room it stated waterview. This, however was being able to see the water while being in front of the parking lot. Our second day we were able to move to a waterfront room.

Very nice location on the beach. Clean beach and room. Right next to Star Line Jet Boat Ferry. The breakfast on the website is not 25 ft long. Very small, but satisfied your hunger.

We reserved a lakeview room and got a room facing the parking lot on the ground floor with shrubs in front. But, they said it was a lakeview. We changed rooms to a lakefront and it was very nice.

This motel was a little better than average. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The landscaping street-side was beautiful (as is all of Mackinaw City), but the sides were in need of a gardener... a little weedy in spots.

I TRAVEL A LOT AND I AM COMPAIRING WITH OTHER PLACES I HAVE STAYED, WE ALSO STAYED AT NIAGRA FALLS THIS MONTH ON THE U.S. SIDE, WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE FALLS AND THAT ROOM WAS NOT AS NICE. WE HAD A VERY PLESANT STAY AT THE RAMADA AND WILL STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

The staff was friendly and helpful.Both the pool and the breakfast's were outstanding. The room was clean with an excellent TV and even a balcony to sit on and just watch the people. The location was great also,easy to walk to just about everything. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Mackinaw City. Ray and Diana Eaton, Lodi Ohio.

I thought the hotel was looking a little tired. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work, the outdoor jacuzzi leaked and the first day we had to go across the street for breakfast because the breakfast person was ill. We liked the location and the discounts at the restaurants when showing our key cards. Loved, loved, loved Nonna Lisa's!!

The person whom cleaned our room did a great job, we had even left a note to let them know that we were very pleased with all they do. Thank you all for a great get-away.

On a very busy Labor Day Weekend, the staff was positive, polite and helpful. Our room was clean and neat, and a reasonably good value for the weekend. Breakfast was average and the breakfast room crowded and stuffy. But, all and all a good experience.
