It is true that the decor is a little dated, but everything was clean and the employees were all pleasant and professional. I think the view from this venue is one of the best in the city and being right next to the Star line ferry is a plus.

Room accommodation was good for the stay, was mostly out and about seeing the city and the island. Breakfast was a good variety, scambled eggs, sausage, fruits, bagels, make your own pancakes, juices, coffee, tea. Clean. Did get a chance to swim, or go to the waterpark, but looked appealing. Check in at 3p and check out by 11. Staff friendly and helpful. Mackinaw City of Chamber offered the hotel reservation, with added discount to ferry, waterpark, for most of the hotels. Would go back to use them, they did not charge my card until I got there as they stated.

We stayed at the Clarion not Ramada. The rooms were nice but in need of updating. Staff was great. Had problem with the wifi but believe it was the providers problem not the hotel. Have been to Mackinaw City several times and will return.

The room was clean, and the employees were friendly. The two things I wish they did were: 1) Place the sink inside the rest room instead of being separate and 2)re-decorate the hallways and the room with brighter color (just like in Hamilton Hotel)-bright colored hallways and room tend to make me feel happy and good.

Ramada wasn't open when we arrived, but we were put up at the Hamilton. Very friendly, clean hotel. They were very accommodating. Breakfasts were great!

I stayed before at Hamilton down the street. It was poor. Room down grade because a bus arrived before me so they gave our room away. Plus billing errors to correct when it came. So bad they gave me a chamber free night stay gift card. When using it the ramada called me back after making the reservation to say they now exceed 80% and would not honor it. I asked for the manager to call me to discuss this and he never did. Best western was fantastic. Great room, breakfast and nice maids. I will go back there. If you want more details on the other two please let me know. Thank you,

The view was wonderful and watching the ferrys come and go was neat. We did not like people walking in front of our room to get to the ferry launch though. The hotel could stand an upgrade. Ordering online through you saved us over $60. Thank you. Enjoyed our stay in your wonderful city.

We were treating with a smile...rooms nice....breakfast room small...but the food was plentiful...and the wonderful young lady kept it up with a good morning smile...sometimes I don't think their thought off...don't worry I said good morning to her and I do think that surprised her...I asked for a nice view for my elder mother and that they gave me...very pleased will stay there again next year...thanks sue r

Room was very nice. Breakfast room was very hot and crowded, pool and hot tub was great ! We had a room on the first floor lake view with a patio which was nice, but the beach was pretty dirty. Front desk personnel was not very friendly or helpful.

The office staff and the location of the hotel were great. The beds were not that comfortable and the 24 foot breakfast bar was nothing spectacular. The kids liked the one water park and the other two were geared towards younger kids. It was a decent stay but for the price the bed should have been comfortable. It would have been nice to have 4 towels in the room instead of 3 that was a little weird.
