Everything seemed to fit our needs. The boys loved the beach, they could have played in the sand for hours upon hours. The price was reasonable as well for what was offered.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I reserved the room they called me back and said they made a mistake and didn't have the room available for the 3 days I needed so I ended up staying at the comfort inn and suites. Which was very nice. But I do plan on coming up next july again for a visit. I thought mackinaw city was very nice and I had a great mini vacation

Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. we had a balcony and that could have been cleaned better. balcony faced water and was beautiful to wake up to. building is old but clean. breakfast left something to be desired, like eggs but that's just what I like. there was biscuits and gravy. waffles you make yourself and donuts. All in all a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

We did have a problem with the shower in our room. They were quick to fix it. When the smell of the repair was to strong they were equally as quick to give us a new room. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was very nice. It had a wonderful view. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly. The only bad thing I would say is that the breakfast was all carbs. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and yogurt for people that can't eat all of that fat and starch. Other than that, we loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again!

WE found the staff very helpful in recommending restaurants, ferry companies, etc. Also, we had originally planned on a two-night stay, but after the first night, decided to stay a third and they were very accomodating in setting us up, even tho it required moving to another room. The housekeeping staff moved our luggage for us while we were out, so we had to do nothing. We would definitely stay with Ramanda again.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and the rooms were nicely decorated. There was only 1 working ice machine and it was by the elevator on the 1st floor. Breakfast was good but the menu selections did not change for the 3 days we were there. I will stay at the Ramada Waterfront again, just a couple of tweaks would have gotten 5 stars.

We regularly stay at the Ramada Inn Waterfront when we visit Mackinaw City. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only complaint I have about our room is that it smelled of fresh paint or stain. This was slightly uncomfortable, but we just opened the patio door and let it air out. We will be happy to stay there again during our next trip.

Very nice and clean rooms we arrived very late and the check in desk was very helpful for us finding out room , etc. the only thing we did not care for was breakfast. we tried it and opted for cunningham's in town instead.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. Loved the location since we were going to the island and the ferry docks were on either side. We were able to walk to the downtown area for dinner, shopping, and a movie. There was limited parking for the hotel guests and the breakfast area was small..but other than that we were very happy with our stay.

I was able to check in early which was a big plus because it was a very rainy day. The early check in allowed us to stay out of the rain and the kids were able to play/swim in the pool.

We had a balcony room with a lovely view of the water; and sheplar's dock. The personnel at the front desk and laundry were exceptionally nice and helpful. The motel is older but beds very good and other accomodations fine. We liked the pictures of the ships and lighthouses because they go with the area. The B'fast bar was comparable to some other motels where we have been - nothing fantastic - but the usual waffles, cereals eggs sausage etc.The one thing that could be improven upon were the steps up to the 3rd floor they need a good cleaning. vmg
