The Super 8 Bridgeview is the only log cabin hotel in Mackinaw City. The Super 8 Bridgeview is conveniently located directly across from 1000 feet of Lake Huron Beach at the base of the Mackinac Bridge. Colonial Fort Michilimackinac and the Mackinac Lighthouse are within 500 feet of the hotel. Walk to the downtown area, enjoy a drink at the historical Dixie Saloon, and enjoy the free nightly laser light show. Shopping and Mackinac Island ferries are within walking distance. The room was very much a room that we enjoyed with log furniture and decor. The sink area was a bit cramped and the breakfast area is rather small. But the room itself was clean and spacious.

The couple at the front desk, Rick I believe, and am so sorry cannot remember her name, were wonderful and helpful. They make this hotel. I would go to any hotel that those two were working at; very efficient, patient and helpful. My granddaughters and I really enjoyed being there.

Staying at the Super 8 Bridgeview is always a great value! With an amazing view of the Straits of Mackinac and the Mackinac Bridge right out the front door, the location is this hotel's best feature. In addition to location this hotel has a lovely up north feel to it with its rustic decor. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. That's why return again and again.

Hotel clean and staff friendly. Although shower drain was not up to par. Breakfast area could get very busy, person working out of many items at same time. Also she needs to change her gloves in between work task! Otherwise was very good. Always enjoy are stay at the Super 8!

The hotel was clean and quiet. We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast as it does not offer the full breakfast that other hotels in Mackinaw City do and the eating area was so very small. We liked the fact that it was right across from the Mackinaw Bridge. This is the second time that we have stayed at this motel in the past several years.

Staff was helpful and courteous. pool was too cold, and the hot tub was too hot. ( i was waiting for the carrots and potatoes to show up in the hot tub. ) rooms were clean and everything worked. breakfast room was too crowded to enjoy what was available. breakfast room was clean and staff helpful. hotel is located close to most attractions.

Accomodations were nice and ...nicely priced. Only a cold swimming pool kept it from a 5 star...heater was under repair. We would definately come back and plan to do so...very helpful and friendly staff.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Room was dark enough to sleep at night. I made the mistake of not trying both beds, and chose the hard one. I was surprised when my friend told me how comfortably she'd slept-then I tried hers and realized it was very nice that a customer would have a choice!! My mistake!

You can't expect the luxury & amenities at a Super 8 that you would find at "higher quality" hotels. Our experience was good. Room was clean and what we expected. What brings us to this hotel is its location in Mackinaw City. We like being near the bridge & lighthouse. All considered we were very satisfied.

Every aspect of my stay at the Super 8 Bridgeview Motel in Mackinaw City, Michigan was excellent....except for one. There was some confusion over what the cost of the first night's stay would be. I would've preferred that that there would've been no confusion at all...or that the confusion could've been cleared up more quickly than it was, but - all in all - we were happy with the service we received.
