The staff was hospitable and very welcoming. The rooms and lobby were a tad dated, but I would definitely stay here again. The waterpark was a crowd pleaser amongst the family. The discounted ferry tickets at the front desk were the best rates I could find and I was very appreciative for that. Great location as many of the attractions we enjoyed were within walking distance. It was a huge plus having Starline across the street and Rusted Spoke right next door.

The room was clean with a semi firm mattress. The water park was wonderful for the kids but quite a maze to get there. The cable was out but the price was discounted so I still give a 5 star rating. I loved the smell of the soaps in the shower - lemon verbena!

We had a great time. The hotel was nice and clean. We loved the water park too. We had a few hiccups like the sink was clogged but was quickly taken care of. The fridge didn't work and stunk a little and there was no continental breakfast. But all and all we had a lovely time.

Our stay was great. We booked two rooms as our daughter and granddaughter were traveling with us. We picked the hotel for the access to the waterpark and indoor pool/ spa. It was a short inside walk to the pool/ Waterpark area. The rooms were great. We both had king bed rooms. Nice firm beds with 5 pillows. Double curtains at the windows for privacy and black out for sleeping. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They are doing some renovations so some rooms are closed for remodeling but was not an issue. We will definitely recommend and use the hotel again.

We didn't stay at Bayside, we stayed at their sister hotel Crown Choice. Our room had a strange smell but I think it's because we were right above the waterpark and the chlorine smell was coming up through the ventilation. Our room was comfortable and clean. The front desk lady was super and the staff in the waterpark went above-and-beyond to help our daughter find her glasses. I would agree with the reviews that say the rooms could use an update but I think they're doing the best they can considering how COVID has affected their business. The breakfast snack bags were perfect to tide our kids over until lunch. The room was cheap and our kids had a great time at the waterpark. Overall we were very satisfied and would return.

Ice maker had spots on cubes. Dead bug found in container the next morning. Left at 6:20 a.m., no one in office to receive keys. Only hand towels in bathroom, no regular size bath towels. Sink was slow draining. No wi fi available. No pens nor paper available. Realize it is off season, but not much info on future events.

Front desk was friendly. Gave us some information about places to eat & was helpful. Parking lot was easy to access. Room was clean and on first floor as requested. the one problem I had was the GPS couldn't find it. I think there should be a N or S on the address on the web site.
