This is the second time we have stayed there and the lady at the desk was very nice helpful she was very friendly and took the time to help us and give as a room on the first floor for my husband the rooms were clean the food good the only thing was we were around to family's with small children and the parents did not make them be quite after it got late but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Loved the stay. Just had a little trouble sleeping the beds were very very firm and too uncomfortable for me. The rooms refrigerator wasn’t working well and spoiled some of the food we bought.

Except for some cracked tile between the bathroom and sleeping area the hotel was great. The staff is friendly, the breakfast bar awesome and the cleaning is impeccable. Imagine our surprise when fireworks were shot off one of the nights of our stay...our room had a perfect view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very polite. Young lady taking care of breakfast items did outstanding job. She kept everything stocked, there was buses of people staying there, and the room was always full, but she stayed on top of it! Room was good. Great location across from ferry, very convenient.

Liked the hotel, it was very nice. I did forget to report something. There were some long dark hairs in the shower. We were on the first floor and the floor above us was very noisy. The breakfast bar was very good, discovered I had stayed at the hotel in the back a few years back. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful.

Great time - outstanding for the price. Busy hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator was quick even though it was busy. Lots of luggage carts which was greatly appreciated. Room was quiet. Maybe get a second waffle maker for servicing that many people - line up was often 8+ so from a business sense that would ease the demand for eggs and sausage if guests could get at the waffle maker they wouldn't have 2-3 helpings of eggs and sausage. Just thinking waffles are cheaper to serve. But it was excellent as previous visits. Spray waterpark pretty cold for toddlers so parents would take them to the hot tub to pink up blue children - I think if it was a little warmer you wouldn't have all those little kids in the hot tub - and we know what little kids do when they hit warm water :0 Great stay I always recommend it.

Very friendly front desk, clean room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, perfect location, great value overall!! We love the waterpark and indoor pool; I only wish it opened earlier instead of 2 pm so we could have used it the last morning of our stay before checking out. My son was disappointed.

Over all the hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. Found a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. But nothing else bad to say. The day we checked out we went for breakfast and they had no eggs, sausage coffee, bagels or waffle mix left. We left and had to go to a restaurant for breakfast

Our stay was great but the only thing we didn’t like was the dark tile in the outdoor pool!! It was very scary and intimrditing looking to swim in. Also there were no towels available at the pool.

I had an issue but the girl at the desk wish i got her name she had gold corn braids in her hair she said she would get me a new room if i wanted to and i told her my husband was asleep so maybe tomorrow if i have the same problem she was real nice about it and the problem did not stay.

Very close to outstanding, but; one tiny detail that was negative. The bed sheet was tattered at the top, next to my head and arms. The Hotel was great but that tiny detail, one that Management should pick up was irritating. Pieces of string from the sheet twisted around my hands all night! On the positive side, it was very clean, comfortable, lot of games, water park amazing, food good, front desk clerks amazing, informative clerks, just that bed sheet.

Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the morning cleaning staff. On our way back from breakfast there were 2 times the hallway was almost completely blocked by their carts. They just left their stuff right in the middle of the hall! One of the times was a cart with garbage bags hanging off it and we had to shimmy sideways to get past while rubbing up against the cart. Staff was standing right there and they just continued talking like we weren't even there. They didn't apologize or try to move it. As a paying customer I shouldn't feel like I'm in their way!
