Desk staff was great, very helpful. Our only problem with room was towels. First night we only had (2) hand towels in our room. Desk provided us with (4) bath towels and (2) washcloths. The following day clean staff took (2) bath towels, (2) washcloths and (1) had towel and left nothing new. Not a problem for us we did not complain, we still had (2) bath towels and (1) hand towel. We would stay there again. Good value for the area.

Hotel was very good. Needs a little more on the breakfast management specially on the seating arrangements. The hotel had 3 floors with each floor having it's own separate breakfast room but a notice saying the breakfast will be available only on 3rd floor was not good. There was too much rush during breakfast time. Room was decent and clean.

Bayside was a very nice hotel. It was clean and conveniently located. The front desk staff was wonderful. The bread items on the breakfast bar were usually dried out as they were out and not covered, however the breakfast overall was okay. The water park was fun for the kids. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

You're still a work in progress combining 2 facilities together but the staff was awesome and on top of things the best they could. Always polite and courteous! Love the pool area! All in all a good visit and would return again!

Only criticism would be breakfast as the area was nice and clean, however the breakfast was not stocked at all. I believe staff could not keep up with the amount of people attempting to utilize (shared by 2 hotels). Overall - great hotel, would visit again.

Customers service was great, last year we had a bad experience at western. But I will recommend the breakfast could be a little bit better, no eggs. That was terrible. But I was satisfied with everything else. The two lady at the front took good care of us.

The hotel had fairly large rooms. My room was clean and neat and fresh, but dark brown bed spreads made it feel dark. Bathroom was bright, clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast bar. Desk employes were fast and professional at check in/check out. Room rates were very reasonable. I will return to this hotel

Hotel was clean and in good repair. Associates were quick and professional at check in. Nice size room was clean and in good repair...if a bit noisy from guests above/below and hall. breakfast(provided) was quite good and I appreciated the coupons for area businesses. I've stayed 3 times now and noticed that the front rooms opposite the main desk still appear to be "under construction" or storage. Doing something with this space would/could enhance the hotel and make it more welcoming as you walk in for the first time.
