Overall the hotel was nice for families as there were a ton of families. The front desk staff was kind and we had no issues.The game room needed maintenence and a good cleaning. The TV in our room didn't work but didn't matter to us. We reported to front desk for future guests. The indoor pool/water park was super fun and hotel was priced well!

We stayed here for our college fraternity formal and it was nothing short of amazing! The general manager was behind kind and accommodating to everything we needed during our stay. Rooms were clean and the staff did the best they could to keep the water bugs out of inside (which is super hard).We would 100% return!! Definitely a great place for an event or overnight stay close to the island.

We were disappointed that the water park was closed but had the opportunity to visit the one at Crown and that was very much appreciated. The manager went out of his way to provide a campfire one evening for us and my three small grand children thoroughly enjoyed it as did we. A very pleasant staff and clean facility.

This hotel was nicely located on the lake. There was a nice grass/sandy area in front of the hotel but it rained most of the time. Staff was friendly. Rooms were a outdated. They were DOG friendly, so we really appreciate that. Hotel was definitely getting ready for off season as pool/water park were closed. I would recommend this hotel.

Usually we stay at best western dockside but this year we decided to try Bridge Vista. The price was way better than most hotels. The rooms are nice and clean. The Waterpark is awesome the kids really enjoyed it. If you bring wood you can have a fire on the beach in their firepits!

We had never stayed at this location before. Good appeal on entrance; however, our room was not in clean order. Obvious that bathroom floor had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were white drip stains down side of the bedframe that was noticeable and disgust. Beautiful location and welcoming staff. I would try a different location next time.

The hotel itself is really beautiful and “homey” feeling. Our room was on the smaller side and had some dusty areas in the corners that weren’t touched while cleaning. We really liked the beach access and water park. We didnt spend much time in the room but overall accommodations were good.

Our hot tub had no hot water when we tried to use it on our second day. Later that night hot water was back. Also floors could use a cleaning. Our carpet felt sticky. Also disappointed that only part of the water park was open.

What a great surprise. This place was roomy, clean and located right on the beach on Lake Huron. The price was awesome! We didn't get to the waterpark which is connected to the hotel. There is NO breakfast, but that helps keep the price where it is. All kinds of kudo's to this hotel Great job.

Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My mother has an autoimmune disease and needs to rest often I was worried about not being able to check in until 4 PM because I knew she would need to lay down and rest. We visited the check-in desk at 1:30 PM and they called me at 2:30 saying we could go into our room early. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will recommend your hotel and will be back for future visits!!

I am sure it was an oversight but there was sand between the sheets on the second bed closest to the window. So we could not use that bed. but other than that the hospitality was wonderful and we love the property.

We stayed at Cabin 2 at the Bridge Vista. The cabin was nice and it was nice to have the place to ourselves. The Cabin itself has some design flaws and it was not level. By not level I mean the entrance door was very difficult to close and the bathroom door would not even latch and stay shut you had to put your foot on the door while you where using it. The Air conditioning while it did work fine in the front half of the cabin, the master bedroom was about 20 degrees warmer, so much so we could not even sleep in the master suit as it was about 85 degrees all night, we tried putting the ceiling fan on high but because the fans are mounted so close to the ceiling it would not circulate any air at all. The second night was a bit cooler so we opening the windows and that helped but still was way to warm, the air just would not circulate. The second night cooled off with the breeze from the water and we put the heater on but the wall unit barely put out any heat, if you wanted heat you might as well forget about it. Also nobody in the cabin was able to jump on the wifi we all had the right password as it worked in the hotel lobby but not in the cabin. We picked the bridge vista because of the great water park which we did have access to but half of it was blocked off and shutdown because there were roof issues in the park. Overall we did have a nice time in the area but unless you fix the cabins per what I mentioned above we will probably not get another one.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well kept. Only thing keeping this location from 5 stars was the pool area. (Main reason for staying here) The large slides were not working. However, the kiddie area and the lazy river were very nice areas.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The common area was well kept but getting to the beach needs work, a lot. It was a job to get there if your are healthy but if you had any problems with knees, legs, etc. it was dangerous, definitely not handicap accessible. The water park was fun but the chlorine level was extremely high, not sure it was at a healthy level.
