I would like to start by saying the location was Awesome we were very close to everything. We were in walking distance, once we parked the car we really didn't have to move it. The person at the front desk I believe her name was Michelle (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) but she was just Awesome I can't say enough good things about her, she was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the island and ferry just Awesome she was alone at the front desk she definitely needed more help but she was handling it all. Our room was very clean and very nice we loved it. Now the Breakfast Bar leaves a lot to be desired they really need to revamp that and add better foods and more variety nothing looked very appealing. But we will definitely stay here again we loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Crown Choice Inn and Suites Lakeview & Waterpark. Our rooms were pristinely clean, a convenient fridge for our traveling baby food items, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The plentiful, healthy, breakfast options surprised us. Then we had a blast at the Waterpark! We are definitely coming back. And, bringing the rest of the extended family!

The hotel itself is a little older, but it was clean. I am not good with names, but the young lady working the front desk during our stay is an outstanding employee. She was polite, informative and one of the most pleasant people I have met in a long time. I would go back to this hotel just based on her positive, outstanding attitude.

Loved this motel! Nice free breakfast, indoor water park for the little ones (no bigger rough housing kids), and nice suite with balcony. Only minus is air conditioning unit in bedroom and if you shut door to either kitchenette or living room, it gets very warm fast.

It was a last minute thing since we were camping and it rained so hard the tent started to leak and with kids it was getting harder to make it fun in the tent so we hopped online and reserved a room. The kids enjoyed the water play area and swimming pool, our suite was nice and clean, the staff at the desk was super helpful and very pleasant to talk with. Although I did lose a pillow there and now no where to be found our stay overall was a great experience.

The room was Clean and quite right across the street is the ferry to Mackinaw island. The water park for is small but it is a nice waterpark. The free breakfast was pretty good lots to choose from. The only thing was no workers to be seen taking out the trash. The containers where very full I didn't like the fact that they used styrofoam for cups and plates. Other than that for the price it is definitely a bargain in Mackinaw city. Will stay there again cant beat the price.

Stay was very nice and comfortable. We arrived early and were able to check in and go to our room early as well. The fellow at the front desk was very helpful to us. He actually upgraded our room which was quite nice. Sitting area and a door in between that room and sleeping area. Beds were comfortable. Only negative is that the breakfast wasn't that great. Wasn't prepared at our time of arrival and not much choice. Perfect spot within the city. All within walking distance to shops, etc.

I always come up during the summer so this was a new experience although the snow was gone. The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice having access to the water park too. The breakfast was good but I wish they had scrambled eggs but not a big deal. I hope to come back.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful whenever we stay here. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub and water slides are always clean and ready to go. The maintenance crew does an excellent job keeping the water clean. Yes, during the winter you have to go across the street to the other hotel to have breakfast but it is worth it. There is a nice variety of hot and cold food and beverages. We have stayed here several different times summer, fall and winter. We have always had a positive and enjoyable stay each time and leave looking forward to the next stay.

We booked these rooms to meet our children as Mackinaw City is the meet in the middle for all of us. Becuase of busy schedules we were only to stay for one night and were disappointed that we couldn't check in until 4 pm (although the rooms were ready by 2, much appreciated). It would have been nice to know when I booked it that the included breakfast was not at the motel but across the street (and that was like herding cattle trying to accommodate both facilities - NOT impressed). The rooms were very clean, the grandchildren liked the water park, and we did enjoy our short stay.
