We made reservations at another hotel on Christmas day, drive drove from grand rapdis to mackinaw only to find it closed. I then went to crown and not only did they get us a room the up graded us for our trouble at no extra cost. My kids had a great time at the water park. I would recommend and stay there again.

Our stay was really great. We expected a 2 bed room and, to our surprise, we opened the door and found 3 beds. It was a great surprise! We were put in the perfect room to have two little kids who might like to run around the room and potentially disturb other guests. The food was good, the only complaint was that guests from the surrounding hotels also ate in the same area, so it was very busy and crowded.

It would be helpful to post the hours of the other waterpark- we planned to go after checkout the following day and were told it didn't open until noon! :( Water is very cold in the waterpark (pool water was a bit warmer). Overall, a nice hotel. Room was great! Awesome price!!

Room was very clean. The people on duty when we checked in were very helpful and very courteous. We did have a continuous problem with the TV's in the room. They came up very quickly when we called down to the desk about the TV's. The room was 100% better then the hotel we stayed in last year in your city. Would stay again and recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Are room was not clean there were leaves in the door when we came in. My son found two water bottles and a old dirty bottle at the edge of the bed. There were tampon wrappers and ramen noodle wrappers in the trash. We told the front desk and they said they would send the cleaning lady. When the lady showed up are child was sleeping so we asked if she could come back, she said she would. We never heard back from the cleaning lady and the overall quality of the room was completely unacceptable. We have never been refunded or compensated for this poor experience and would love a call or email. My number is 517-526-0778 and email is Kyle_138@hotmail.com.

Great breakfast area. Kids loved the water park. We stayed one day past their seasonal closing date, they still accommodated us and made arrangements for us to have breakfast at a nearby hotel. They even let us turn on the water park just for my family.

I couldn't give it outstanding, because it was a long walk to breakfast and the decor was a little dark. But, the indoor water park was awesome, it was raining when we were there and we had children with us. We had a two room suite and it was roomy and cozy. Would stay there next time.
