The Comfort Suites was a great place to stay with our large family group (11) before going over to Mackinac Island the next day, especially since it was raining the day we arrived. The indoor water park was perfect for our group and kept everyone entertained for the afternoon.

Decent stay, nice staff, good breakfast, flexibility in check in &out timing. Only problem we had was with the shower tub was not draining the water properly, it was late & we were tired to call & have somebody to fix it.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. They have variety of breakfast selections. The weather was not so great when we visited Mackinaw City but the kids still had a wonderful time because of the added attraction of small water park in the hotel.

First of all, Michelle, the concierge at the hotel was very helpful. We came in the late morning, with an antsy 11-year-old. Michelle upgraded our room AND gave us waterpark bracelets as well as coupons for places to go for lunch. Dana, the woman who prepped our room for us, got everythign done and we were able to access the room a little early which was a great help to us. I wish the rest of the hotels we visited during our trip had such attention to detail and customer service. THANK YOU!

Michelle at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Our grandkids loved both indoor water parks - the one at our hotel and the one down the road that we had access to. The rooms were older, but nice. We had a little trouble making room to use the pull out couch - due to the large heavy coffee table. The food overall was very good. One morning, there was an issue with the sausage gravy (didn't taste right), so we informed the server. I assume she made a new batch. Prices seemed a bit high - but I know it's a tourist town with access to Mackinaw Island. We got a pretty good deal online. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with the hotel. It surpassed my expectations, they were able to get my room ready earlier and extend my check out. Enjoyed the waterpark and breakfast. Could have dealt with the ice on the walk ways more proactively, didn't start clearing it until we checked in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-- my kids loved the water park (and the fact all.the jets and squirters were working this year), and the continental breakfast. I was a little concerned with the hot tub that had turned an unsightly shade of green by the end of the weekend-- I know I wasn't the only one who noticed. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a suite-- yay! Overall we had a great vacation and look forward to returning another year.

My husband and I wanted an easy getaway for us and our two small children on New Years Eve. The room was clean and spacious! We had a blast at the indoor water park! There was even a game room with a pool table for us to play later in the evening. The breakfast buffet was huge and had lots of goodies in it :).

I would rate this hotel between Good and Outstanding. The room was clean, comfortable bed and my husband and I like the fact that it was a suite with separate rooms for sleeping and just sitting and relaxing. These are the type of rooms that we look for when we travel. There's only one thing I can say about it that was a little negative. Even though there was some form of kitchen, there were no utensils, dishes etc. to use.
