The check in/out process is slow. I had to sign individually for the two nights and had to sign again when checking out. The room was fine except for screen was partially out of door. The breakfast was OK but not enough space for the number of people. Seems like people from outside the hotel were eating there..

Location was great! You can walk to Center street and several stores and restaurants. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Great views of the lake and sunrise. Breakfast included was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bathtub was a bit outdated and shower head, a definite update is needed. The cost was also a bit steep for the time of year we were there. Friendly staff when checking in as well as the cleaning people.

We stayed here and loved it! Beautiful walk-in shower and jet tub were such a bonus to our visit! The bed was very comfortable. I only wish there was more variety in the breakfast rather than just pancakes or waffles and they didn't have any eggs to go with the meat. That would have been much nicer! Overall very happy with this place and highly recommend it!

Room was large with two queen beds. The furnishing with chairs, armoire, table, TV stand mill work was evidently Amish and nicely done. My only criticism was there was no desk clerk at checkout. I waited about 5 minutes or so with about 4 others and finally left since my credit car was used at check in.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The view was amazing as we got upgraded when we arrived. The rooms were very nice and the workers were all very kind and extra helpful. The only downfall was the breakfast wasnt the greatest of options, but we werent expecting it at all so that was a perk in itself too.

Excellent location and spacious accommodations. Sunrise in the morning on the beach outside our room was magnificent. Unable to access WIFI in room but could do so in other parts of the hotel. We had to eat breakfast out because there was no food left at the hotels morning buffet. Bathroom was large but tub had not been cleaned. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel gets 5 stars... but the town only gets 4. There needs to be room service or something else for food later in the evening. Me and my wife returned from the island and wanted to get food sent to the room... nothing was open after 10 pm ..

Like the location, easy to find. It took awhile to check in, I think she was trying to find a clean room because she even went to check on it and said it would be 15 more minutes. I don't know if they were short staffed, I saw housekeeping there at 6pm.
